I have stayed at this hotel several times and enjoyed my stay each time but on this occasion I think we were given the noisiest room in the hotel not only were we on a main road room which ls understandable as the hotel is on a main road but I really think just double glazing is not enough an more could be done to keep the noise to a minimum but I could cope with that what I did find annoying was building work noise as well first thing we should have been advised about this or given another room but I will say breakfast is always excellent

Clean, room very small (single) but that fine as only sleeping in it, very warm

A wonderful location with OK rooms but disappointed that the Wifi was not included in the price. Food OK. but the best part was the staff they were excellent and went above and beyond what was required from them. Being open 24 hours meant that we saw many members if staff and they were all of a very high standard.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff were brilliant and the hotel was all you need it to be. Will stay here again that`s for sure.

The hotel is perfectly situated for many theatres and for many attractions. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and varied. The restaurants attached to the hotel were of a good standard. We would recommend the hotel..

Hotel was very good value for money,after some of the reviews I read I was pleasantly surprised . The twin room was a bit small but most important it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable . Would stay at the hotel again.

Generally very good. Excellent helpful staff, good breakfast, great central location and lovely hotel bar. However, the room was rediculously small, especially for a twin. No room for a dressing table, chairs or 2 bedside tables. Had to put all our possessions on the floor. Would still stay here again and hope for a larger room!

"Good Value Hotel"

Very conveniently situated for West End Shows and sights. ..Efficient and pleasant staff. Bedrooms a bit on the small side [ours anyway ] but fine for a short stay. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

"St Giles Hotel - Great location"

The hotel is a great location for Oxford Street (right at the end) close to the tube station and for getting around London. The room we were allocated was quite small and a little dated but in all honesty we were only in there to sleep in the hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again

"Excellent for a 3 star"

Comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was really nice. The location was perfect as the show was literally around the corner from the hotel.

"A bit tired"

The hotel was a bit tired and there was definitely a problem with the lifts which meant long waits. It was noisy at night from inside and out. They still want to charge for wifi which is now unusual and outdated! However location for the Dominion was good and it was easily accessible

Nice staff, very small double standard room with very small d Double bed. Buffet breakfast very poor quality Food, not very hot either. Very disappointing. Couldn`t eat it. Would not stay here again.

"A VERY GOOD PLACE FOR SHOPPING AND THE WEST END"

St. Gile`s Hotel was easy to access. The Reception team were very friendly and showed patience. The rooms were clean and warm and the bathroom was adequate for a one night stay. The breakfast was plentyful..

The hotel facilities were good. I.e. Bar and restaurant but the room was awful. Far too small. Also could hardly turn round in the bathroom. Very disappointing.

Room tiny, bed lumpy, breakfast- cold choice poor, only a few stale croissants and no other pastries, no fresh fruit to have with the yoghurt. Won`t return

"Chosen for excellent web site and reviews."

Whilst staff were friendly and polite we were faced with a long delay in getting into our room with no explanation apart from "we are very sorry". We were left standing in the foyer having to ask staff what we were to do. Eventually after we left to go have lunch a senior member of staff came and said they were sorry and gave us a room which was not entirely clean.
