"Really nice hotel"

We really enjoyed our stay here, spotlessly clean, really helpful staff despite work going on in reception area, it has been very carefully thought through to give guests as little disruption as possible, and a lovely breakfast, with lots of choice.

"Small but clean"

Have stayed here many times, great location for sight seeing, shopping & west end shows. Reception is having a refurbishment at the moment so just a little chaotic although it didn`t stop us doing anything!

"Great position.....and warm welcome"

We could not fault this hotel.....very central,close to tube,very well trained staff who were all welcoming and efficient.We are so glad we found this hotel through hotel direct.We will certainly recommend this hotel and stay there again!

"St. Giles, London"

Despite there being work carried out to improve their reception area check in was very quick with no hassle. Staff were very helpful and the room had everything that you would need for a short break in London. It was very well positioned for most theatre shows, restaurants and any West End shopping you may want to do. The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. I would recommend this hotel for a theatre break or any other short trip to the capital.

"Shopping weekend"

Hotel was located close to the shops. Very friendly staff, good quality of breakfast. The rooms where a bit out dated and unfortunatelly we only had cold water in the shower

Perfect location when paying a short visit to London. Felt twin room was rather small. However the place was spotless. Good choice at breakfast. Would stay there again especially for location. Would also recommend it.

Room very comfortable and clean only problem was the traffic noise through the night as we overlooked the main road. However we come from the country where there is no noise but otherwise good .The bar was buzzing after we ca.me back from the theatre and the breakfast was adequate

Superb location just of Tottenham ct road. 2 mins walk from Oxford st and 15 mins walk from soho and tge there`s. Room small but adequate for a cpl nights. Spotless although some of the bedding a bit threadbare. Decent buffet breakfast included in my package 9.99 I belive if you have to pay for it. I would happily stay here again.

we had ameal before the show the ffog was fresh and used our 20% voucher .got a taxi to the theatre(not recommended) it took us over half an hour to get,because of the traffic and cost £11.00

"Great stay"

We had a twin room again on this stay and again we were very impressed the room was clean, fresh and spacious . We arrived in London earlier than expected and booked in With no problems bless at all. As soon we approached the door we were greeted by very friendly staff to guide us (very pleased with this) we were even offered a room either on the higher level or lower , all lifts were working fine and it was easy to find our room. We had breakfast included in our price which has excellent choices from a full English, cereral to fruits , I love the fresh coffee machine where I could get a lovely cappuccino.The hotel is also well located for the West End and also Oxford and regent street. I would highly recommend this hotel and can`t wait to come back again thank you so much .

"No problem unsolved,"

We stayed for two nights . Brilliant location for theatre`s and shows . First night was a nightmare due to the location of our room on the first floor . The noise from the street below was relentless . The staff were very sympathetic next day , and did everything possible to help with a better placed room and up grade . Thank you very much Kieran . This is our second stay at the St Giles and will know doubt stay again .

Could do with bigger beds not good if you`re over 6ft tall ,but overall better than some London hotels we`ve stayed in good breakfast .

Twin rooms a little on the small side but fully servicable .... Beds were very comfortable ...... Breakfast was great ......the bar area had a great atmosphere with very friendly staff........ Felt a very "safe" hotel ...... Location was brilliant.
