Can`t fault it, room a bit small but you don`t want to live in it, just sleep and excellent for that.

A very good quality hotel with a good standard of cleanliness . Staff were very attentive & polite, requirements seen to swiftly. Just lacks a little extra wardrobe space.

Lovely room,staff very helpful. If I had to critisise anything it would be that the breakfast could be kept warmer.Both mornings we found that the food was warm rather than hot.

An enjoyable stay. Staff helpful and friendly.Only minus - we weren`t advised of the set menu for lunch and were only shown the more expensive a la carte menu. Although the quality of cuisine was very good and probably reasonable value for money.

I have the following comments to,make: I found the rooms small and poky The bed was not in the least bit comfortable, rather like sleeping on a board. No ventilation in the bathroom, once shower complete you couldn`t use the mirror! Breakfast although presented well was stone cold!

"Quaint room in a lovely, clean hotel"
The rooms are small in this hotel but they are more than adequate for their purpose. They are very clean, decor of the hotel in general was lovely and staff were very accomodating. Breakfast was delicious - just a shame I didn`t stay for dinner.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, ten out of ten for breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, the only fault was lack of storage space very disappointed nowhere to hang clothes and no drawer space.

This is a good, well appointed hotel, handily situated for Euston and St Pancras Stations - but with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms that are just a little on the small size.

Excellent breakfast and a well maintained hotel. Good facilities and relatively good value. Only quibbles are that the hand basin was small, the shower curtain needs weighting and there are few free TV channels.

"A good stay"
The room was clean, presentable and well eqipped. The bathroom (wet room) was large, with basic toiletries, a good shower and clean towels, which could be heated on the towel rail. Although the room was modern, and clean it was so small and my partner and I struggled to manovere around the room especially with 2 suitcases. I had to climb over my partner to get to the bathroom, because there was not enough space around the bed to walk. The wardrobe was tiny and only fitted in 2 coats and a top. I also struggled without any natural light as our view was of a metal building next to the hotel. The breakfast was hearty and filling, with a variety of options for a healthy or slightly more indulgent choice and the staff were lovely and helpful in all aspects of the hotel. Drinks were on the expensive side but I think that is London prices in general. Overall a good stay, reasonably priced with nice staff, but rooms too small !!

booked hotel 3 weeks prior to arrival and asked for room no higher than 4th floor. I cannot use lifts. Room was booked on a higher floor, not ideal and i am not the fitest of people. Beds extremely comfortable. Room a little small.

"Excellent accommodation"
This hotel was an ideal place to stay for our visit to the ballet at the Royal Opera House. Only 20minutes walk or 2 stops on the underground. Will definitely be coming back.

"Great Value for money!"
The Ambassador is ideally situated, close to Euston - literally just over the road! And about a 10 minute walk to the West End. A very modern, clean hotel with all the amenities you need. The room although not overly large had all we needed for a short stay. The super kingsize bed was a delight! and the wet room a real treat. Breakfast was lovely and the staff polite and attentive. I wouldn`t hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone.

"Rooms far to small for the price charged"
Service reasonable,rooms are very basic and small,included service charges are not acceptable and they have no idea how to cook steak. Wouldn`t stay at this hotel again,you would get the same service at the Travel Lodge,for a lot less money. This hotel over price and under deliver!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay, the service was good with a very pleasant welcome from Joe who is an asset to the hotel. We failed to recieve cold water in our bathroom and our hairdryer set the smoke alarm off which was quite unnerving. Apart from that we would return :)

Great time had just 2 little issues, 1) breakfast staff were a bit too keen on clearing the table especially as we had gone up to the buffet and on return to our table everything had gone, 2) It would have been nice to be offerred a choice of floor to stay on as we don`t go in lifts and we were on the 4th floor!!

Room could have been larger but it had air conditioning so was ok. Staff helpfull at all times. Standard of service was good and the food excellent. The coffee was a little bitter at breakfast and could have been hotter but there was a wide variety available on offer. Hotel was really handy for Euston station and also for buses for getting around.

The hotel had many excellent points:-extremely clean,staff in all areas were polite and efficient,the food both in the restaurant and bar Was very good,nice to have to order the cooked breakfast Unfortunately the wardrobe in the bedroom was totally inadequate for a couple staying for three nights,and there was insufficient space in the bathroom for holding toiletries
