"Very nice hotel in the heart of the theatre district "
The Resident is a modern, very clean, comfortable hotel with very welcoming reception staff. The rooms are a good size, with very comfortable beds. Inside a cupboard is a hidden kitchenette with microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, sink & water filter. The bathroom is lovely with an amazing shower. There is no dining room but you can order breakfast to be delivered to your room. There are also lots of lovely places to eat breakfast close by.

Hotel was in a great location. We were given a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. My husband`s 50th birthday and balloons, birthday card and lovely bottle of wine waiting in our room. We were given a very warm welcome from Ife and the team on reception. We had a great room and the mini kitchen is just a great idea. We will always stay here for future visits to London. Lovely modern hotel in a perfect location in theatre land, Covent Garden and the sites of London. Staff really friendly and room was nicely equipped with a hideaway kitchen for self catering if you wanted. Would recommend.

I cannot fault the hotel and staff. The place was very clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was perfect. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is very handy as well. Our room was a little bit noisy early in the morning though. We were facing The Strand and there was a lot of banging going on at street level - I think it was refuse collection and I know it can`t be helped, but it`s something to be aware of.

Excellent - perfect situation for Theatreland and Covent Garden. Just off the Strand great for restaurants shops and amenities. Staff very professional helpful obliging and with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Patricia, The Manager was in attendance. Great hotel. Thank You all.

This hotel does everything it says it does, the staff were wonderful, the hotel was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the surprise was a complimentary drink at 6pm to meet the staff and other guests, nice touch.

We only stayed 1 night and when we arrived we were soaked through but the reception team were 100% on it, our room was ready early so we could check in, they were so kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Once we entered our room it was spotless, incredibly clean and I am really fussy but couldn`t find one fault. We had everything we needed from a lovely hot powerful shower to a cosy bed and delicious coffee. We don`t come to London much but we both agreed when we do again we will definitely be staying at The Resident. Big thank you to all the staff, it made our weekend one of the best we`ve had in a very long time.

"Customer Service is exceptionally "
Staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. It`s a new hotel and beautifully done. Perfectly clean and modern. Was even given a hand written welcome card. In the room was a neat cupboard with tea making facilities and a coffee machine and even a mini microwave and fridge. Location is perfect for shopping, theatres and restaurants (and cocktail bars!). Will definitely choose to stay here again.

"Hotel lovely & staff are amazing "
I booked this as a treat for my husbands birthday & childs 1st trip to London. When we arrived at the staff were professional & friendly & very helpful. Room was nice & very clean. We went out for a meal when we got back to the room the reception staff had been it balloons & bottle of wine along with a card. Such a kind & nice gesture. We would stay again safe our next visit & would recommend to family & friends.

"The best"
The Resident Covent Garden is in a great location for much of central London and theatre-land and has plenty of great eating places nearby. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean with very comfortable beds. Each room is equipped with a kitchen with fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle and coffee machine as well as the usual items.. There is also some excellent sound insulation because the traffic was barely audible. Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I have stayed here three times and will definitely be returning.

"Wonderful"
Very very friendly and adorable staff. We arrived earlier than our check in time and they got us booked in and safely stored our case so we could venture out. They even stored our case after we had checked out to enable us to visit as much as we could on our last day. Rooms are well equipped with all you would expect with the bonus of a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Would return again.

"First time stay"
When the Uber pulled up out side the hotel , I had to confirm he had taken us to correct place, with its large windows and location it looks like a shop. Staff really helpful, room nice and some nice extra touche, such as speakers in teh bathroom.

We booked this hotel as a package deal not knowing what it would be like. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience,the location is amazing Close to Covent Garden and the actual hotel was the biggest surprise.i would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone going to London.

"Excellent location, rooms and service."
Hotel new this year so everything clean and modern. We had two family rooms on the fifth floor which were quiet, spacious, clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette. Hotel serves complimentary Prosecco or wine early evening. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to Covent Garden and numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, so the lack of an onsite restaurant was not an issue.
