"Fab location, very central for transport and theatres."

"No window"
The hotel is located well and very clean, free cheese and wine in the evening a great addition! My significant concern for me personally was the room having no window, this was highlighted at check in, however during the night I woke up in a distressed state due to this, thankfully I was issued another room. Later I looked up the hotel details which highlighted `no need to draw the curtains`! Is this the marketing language for no window?

"Very modern "
Very helpful staff lovely hotel the free cheese and wine each evening was a lovely touch. My only two gripes would be the hot breakfast bap was a disappointment and the two queen beds in room built in but looked like very modern bunks.

"Ok for one night stand"
Fine - offered room with windows but for additional £15. Thought that Ok. They offered room with windows but for additional £15. Felt they could have upgraded without additional cost bearing in mind what we had paid. Presumably the room with window was not used !

"Compact Room"
Lovely hotel, don`t get me wrong. However our particular room was too small. For myself and partner who is 1.89m . He couldn`t lie straight in bed. Everything you did in the room was single file. And the bathroom felt Very unprivate. I will say the room had almost everything you needed. Staff we`re lovely and helpful. Found a little difficult to find hotel walked past 3 time`s. As behind gates. Which was fine to gain entrance to. Just wasn`t so obvious.

Central to Covent Garden and the theatres. Rooms small but we knew prior to booking. Clean. Staff friendly. Cheese & wine in the afternoon a bonus. Great for an overnight stay for 2 people.

"Tiny little gem "
Loved this place! Ideal for overnight stay. Tiny room but so modern and clean with the best bed, shower, towels ... and bonus of complimentary cheese and wine in the early evening. Perfect!!

"PRISTINE HOTEL, SUPERB SITUATION, EXCELLENT STAFF"
Queen Advanced room, surprisingly roomy, pristine. Disabled facilities; massive bathroom area and access. The only concern for me was a semi-translucent screen meaning a person`s bodyform could be discerned easily. I had to have the bathroom lights off and went to the loo in the reception area downstairs.

"Compact but great"
The rooms are small, as advertised, but they include everything that you could need for a one or two night stay; storage space, kettle, hair dryer, tv. If you plan to spend excessive time in your room and need space, this is not for you. However if you are out enjoying London and just need a bed in an excellent location, this is perfect. A complimentary cheese and wine evening was also included which was a very pleasant surprise.

Central location. Warm and friendly staff. Rooms compact but all mod cons available and very clean. Complimentary cheese and wine was excellent and the fact that they held our luggage after we had checked out was a huge bonus for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

Ok staff faultless .Room too small for 2 people to pass each other . In family room .As a 55 year old woman with weight issues access to top bunk not a reality . Lower bunk so low my knees struggled . Very small bathroom but efficient even though due to frosted glass could observe son and hubby wiping ! Real issue , no shelf for toiletries , no seat / shelf to sit and do hair / makeup Great for young couple who do pilates .Rubbish for older couple with 19 year old son

Welcoming helpful staff, though we thought fondly of the chambermaid who had somehow managed our beautifully clean comfortable beds in the inside family room we occupied. H/she must be a contortionist! Everything functional, everything worked, loved the silent air con, copious towels, and fresh coffee bags. Thank you!

"The room was far too small for 4 people sharing."
The waste bin was too small there was not enough storage space or hangers. There was nowhere to sit only one stool, the table was too small for drink making facilities and a potential risk to health and safety. There was not much space to move around and nowhere to sit far too small for a family. I would struggle to stay more than one night. But it was very clean the beds and TV`s and the shower were good and the staff were very polite and helpful.

"Clean, compact and great location"
This hotel was a surprise. It is fairly new, was very clean and efficiently run. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The inside rooms are very minimalistic. Ideal for one or two nights. The beds are set in therefore only one side to get out of. They are like adult bunk beds not ideal, in my opinion, for seniors who may not be as fit. I don`t think it is worth paying for breakfast as there are many venues nearby. The breakfast on offer as hot food is prepared and microwaved not ideal. One thing that was nice was a complimentary cheese and wine each evening between 5pm and 8pm. I also like the security as the entrance is gated and closed in the evening which means you can only get in with your key card. I liked that aspect. I have checked the website and don`t see any rooms inside or out where the bed is accessible from both sides that would make me think twice about using a Z hotel again if they are all the same layout.

Quirky hotel. Really loved it. Friendly and helpful staff. Compact room but all we needed. Cheese and wine tasting offered every night...delicious. Very central and close to theatre. Will definitely stay again!

The only comment I can make is our room was up many flight of stairs. Didn`t know this on booking! There are to sections to the hotel one with lift and one without.
