"President hotel "

Standard 3 star hotel Entrance is very modern and looks lovely in preparation for Christmas. Check in was very easy. Corridors very tired looking and dated. The double room was small but comfortable and clean and adequate for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. The hotel is in a great location 5 minutes to the underground and short walks to Covent Garden and some theatres.

"Good Value For Money"

The hotel is just a very short walk from Russell Square and its underground station. Our rooms were a little small but perfectly adequate for the price we paid. Clean and tidy foyer. Easy to catch a cab just a short walk away.

Staff were friendly, room was clean & made up everyday, good breakfast , ideal location for Euston station and the the Aldwych theatre, both were within walking distance, Russel square tube was a five minute walk , a lovely stay will use again

"toilet seat "

clean room.. problem with toilet seat .broke when we arrived. .every time you sat on it hinge at back flew off.. seat moved all over place, also dripping cold tap very hard work to turn on off.. also breakfast was cold. meant to be hot...

"Very noisy and rude staff "

We were a little early for check in as we had arrived by train and rather than being greeted with hello the receptionist barked that we were too early to check in as soon as we walked through the door, The room was very noisy with the sound of the underground and other guests and the decor could do with updating. We would not recommend this hotel

"Perfect central location "

Perfect hotel for a city stay, couple of minutes walk to Russell Square tube station on the Piccadilly Line and you`re off into Central London. Clean, friendly hotel, all expected amenities, this was our second stay and would happily stay again.

"Excellent Weekend "

Hit on this hotel package deal by chance so didn`t know exactly what to expect, what a nice surprise on arrival, staff really pleasant and helpful, rooms not over big but very clean, excellent power shower, can`t fault any of it

"Ideal location. "

Only a short walk from Russell Square underground station so ideally located (especially when you`re coming back late) Many coffee shops in locality and both Adelphi and Aldwych theatres within walking distance (about half hour) Rooms comfortable and clean and quiet. Nice hot shower and towels that actually go around you, not the postage stamps you get sometimes. Would stay here again.

Extremely attentive staff who cater for your every need. The hotel was clean, breakfast was value for money and with a great range of foods on offer.

Close to the centre of London and Russell Square tube station. Really friendly attentive staff who made us feel welcome. Clean and well presented rooms and the bar area was very fancy. Reasonable prices as well. Would stay there again

Found some tissue with blood in the sink. The room was cold,no control to put the heating on. The windows wouldn`t shut and broken handle the pillows hard.

Pleasant reception and breakfast area. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast superb- every choice available. No dining room for dinner- only bar food provided.However, rooms were small, basic and definitely needed updating. No toiletries provided. On occasions rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon and only then when reported to reception.

Dated hotel which requires much needed renovation. Peeling wallpaper, broken architrave and no privacy nets or blinds on windows but opposite offices. Also very hot due to timed central heating, but no method of controlling the temperature.Noisy building work at 8am each morning.

"Brilliant hotel"

The hotel was brilliant, wonderful staff, very clean rooms and great location. I would have given excellent but the service at the bar was slow. The bar was understaffed. The ones who were working did their best in the circumstances.

Hotel was ok but needed a bit of tlc in the rooms, carpets really dirty, decor dated and dark, staff were very pleasant and helpful though

Very happy with the level is service we received, had a really enjoyable meal in the Atrium. The only slightly negative was the bathroom door has a loose hinge so closing the door had a `knack`
