Positive feedback. Fantastic location, tube close by. Suite was spacious, light and airy. We were staying for a special occasion and asked for a nice view, which we certainly got of the tower. Staff were attentive and helpful. Plenty of kitchen utensils, bed very comfortable, excellent shower. Negative feedback, no toaster, teapot,dishcloth or tea towel in kitchen area. Air-con always seemed to be on even after turning blowers off. Would certainly consider staying again.

"No Room for Complaints!"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. Our suite provided all that we needed for a comfortable break - just perfect! Spotlessly clean with modern, up to date facilities. (And very good breakfasts!). All staff were smart, efficient & helpful. All this & the benefit of being 2 minutes from Tower Hill Underground, with its links all over London, and so close to the Tower of London, St Katherine`s Dock, & the Shard to name but a few of our capital`s attractions. Being so close to the River, means it`s also very easy to take an excursion & see the city from a different vantage point, or catch a Uber boat to the destination of your choice along the River. We loved it!

"excellent location"

Great hotel, located in a perfect area for many attractions, Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds comfy ,we did have some train noise but it is not too intrusive and we slept well. Staff were helpful ,friendly and efficient .Enjoyed our continental breakfast, all in all a great stay.

"Superior Suite Booked"

The room I received was not a superior suite as questioned this on arrival but was told this was the correct room by a not very polite member of staff. Upon checking their own website to view a superior suite room which was nothing like the small pokey room I was allocated. I felt somewhat cheated and pointed this out again to staff who then seemed quite sheepish. I believe I did not receive what I paid for in the booking.

"Lovely hotel accommodation "

Very nice bright room with seating area. The kitchen area had sink, washing machine, tiny dishwasher & fridge, it was very well thought out. We had a superior suite, which was very spacious & nice bathroom with good lighting. Slight disappointment with the view from room. Also dressing gowns were bit tatty one had a hole in sleeve. Breakfast was good.

The suite was exceptionally clean, modern and stylish. The bed was so comfortable and the layout, design and lighting was cleverly styled. Definitely recommend.

"First class service "

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay -staff all welcoming and all questions answered. Room great and good outlook onto Tower of London. Only thing would have been better if had explained about roof top terrace as only saw on last day as wasn`t sure we were allowed there

"Tower Suits good and bad "

Hotel was amazing staff where amazing, the only downside and disappointment was the fact that it`s a £100 deposit which I understand, which they take out straight away, but keep and tell you it can take up to 5 days to be paid back into your account !!!! With modern technology this is in acceptable how many £100 deposits do they keep for 5 days and claim the interest

Lovely hotel staff cannot be more pleasant and helpful rooms are clean and spacious tube station right on the door or buses are plentiful would defiantly stay again.

"Fantastic hotel, perfect room, extremely clean and staff were amazing, friendly and helpful"

Highly recommend this hotel and the staff, all exceptional and accommodating. Found we had a double bed when we needed twins, as staying with my mother. Although there was no mention on our booking the staff changed it without any fuss. Would definitely stay there again. Only gripe was breakfast not providing me with vegan options which was noted at check in.
