"Perfect location & staff were amazing "

Very clean, I felt super Covid secure staying here All staff & guests were in masks & social distancing in place - when we come again this is definitely our hotel of choice

"Tower Suites by Blue Orchid"

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. The room itself was excellent with a kitchenette for our own personal use. The only issue we had throughout our stay was awaiting our luggage, which we had left in the hotel while attending the Titanic exhibition, we were waiting for over 30 minutes before being informed that the concierge had actually already taken them to our room. Other than this minor issue the hotel itself was excellent and really well situated for the underground and Tower of London, Tower Bridge etc.

Room was excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful. Only wee thing was that we were short of towels one day and we had to request coffee, sugar etc as it was not replenished. All in all we had a good stay.

"Tasteful, comfortable and spacious accommodation"

We really liked this hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. It was fabulously near the station, but unfortunately the directions we were given were a bit misleading so we walked a lot further than we had to. The bed was really comfortable, the shower room luxurious and having received an upgrade, had fantastic facilities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, hob and microwave! We liked the Sky Bar and loved the restaurant and the food was yummy!. On the down side, we couldn`t open any of the windows or turn down the heating so it was a little stuffy at night. Otherwise we would have rated the hotel excellent.

"Not worthy of 5 stars"

A few issues with housekeeping, rubbish found under table in room that had apparently been sanitised. Duty manager provided new room, free drink at bar and breakfast for both mornings we stayed. Housekeeping failed to provide sufficient towels, requiring telephone requests on two occasions during our stay. Although outside the scope of the hotel, we were kept awake by a Lamborghini driver reeving his pride and joy outside our window around midnight. Staff were really good and helpful, Unlikely to return to this place however.

"Tower Suites."

The room was lovely,clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the lock on the balcony window was broken meaning anyone on our balcony could walk across and enter our room. So for security purposes,we had to ask for the window to be locked,which then meant we couldn`t open it when the room got too warm. The breakfast was lovely but the coffee could have been much warmer.

"Concierge very helpful "

Ideal short break stay. Sky lounge is a real treat. Situated in a nice area easy access to tube and bus. Out of the hustle and bustle too.

"Spacious Clean Rooms "

The rooms are spacious, lots of storage for clothes and toiletries. Visited both the restaurant and bar, the pizzas were lovely and all staff have been very friendly. Only down side was the check in time, but once we were checked in I`ve been very happy. Would visit again.

"Luxury night stay"

My husband and I were staying in London for one night and found the well priced suites. The suite totally exceeded our expectations, great location, spacious, beautifully decorated with a real attention to detail. We`ll definitely be back!

"Average "

Hotel seemed lovely as we walked in but when we got to our room it was nice but there was only 1 towel for the shower so we ended up Sharing it and the view from our room wasn`t the best, the worst part was it felt like I was sleeping in the train station it was so loud and the bed vibrated as the trains went by, kept me awake most of the night. Won`t be staying again.

"no towels in in tier hotel, my wife couldn`t even have a shower. "

paid a lot of money on this hotel they had no towels and no pillow case. staff at the reception was really unhelpful. when asked for a towel they said we have none today didn`t get delivered. they say they are a 5 star hotel but the service like 3 star hotel. plus didn`t get the room I was showened on the pic.

"Friendly and clean"

Tower suites was immaculate we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It`s a brilliant base to get around london. The facilities in the room were good aswell. We travelled light so having a washer drier was really helpful. The staff were all lovely

"Excellent stay and great location "

We were greeted with an upgrade to a business suite which was huge. Although it was cold and raining we ventured up to the terrace and the views were spectacular. Nice meal in the hotel restaurant. Friendly staff and the room was spotless with a fridge ,dishwasher and tvs in the bedroom and lounge area. We obviously got a good deal.

The hotel is in a great position for the Tower of London City and Shard. Great Apartment. On the down side no info regarding the £100 deposit you have to pay on arrival. And complained twice about shower going hot and cold could be dangerous. And they obviously know they have a problem with this as reviewers on Google have said before.

"Signature Suite Treat "

We booked a suite with a view for the half term holiday with our 6 Yr old son. The view of the Tower Bridge and over Tower of London was brilliant. Check in was straight forward and the staff very welcoming and professional. The hotel is ideally located for London Bridge and Tower Hill Station is a short walk away connecting you with the underground. Across the road is the Big Bus Tour Bus Stop which I can`t recommend highly enough of. A great and informative way to visit the city. Our only disappointment was the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. The food wasn`t the best and service slow and unprofessional. I`d definitely return but eat elsewhere. Thanks Tower Suites

"Tower Suites - a gem of a place to stay"

We loved it! What a fab place to stay - the Tower Suites are a real find and we would love to stay again! All the staff were lovely - polite, courteous, helpful and provided a really warm and genuine welcome to us, which they continued to do throughout our stay. Particular shout out to Sara on Reception and to the team in the Italian restaurant on the ground floor - they all added so much to make our (birthday) stay super special - the super food, cocktails and limoncello certainly added some extra fizz! Can highly recommend the Tower Suites - and location, location, location - next door to Tower Hill Underground and with a unbeatable view of Tower Bridge , the Toweer of London and The Shard from our window, what else could you ask for! "Hotel feedback"

Expected better quality sausages for £20 cooked breakfast. Bed mattress like sleeping on a hard floor. However I had two mattress toppers and still made little difference. Skyline is very recommended for the view, although food menu was disappointing. Staff were very attentive.

"Our London trip "

Just returned home after an amazing few days in London. Our stay at the tower suits hotel was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was a bother for them. The rooms were spotless with excellent facilities. We visited the rooftop bar on our last night.... The views were spectacular, the bartender was lovely an eager to help up with our camera. Also the location of the hotel is excellent lots to do an see also just seconds from the tube. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

"Railway"

Room was very good,but 4 meters from railway line/ fenchurch st station ( 6 platforms) had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

"Great value with great service"

We only stayed for one night. The staff were extremely professional and friendly from reception, restaurant, bar and site staff. The room was lovely with great facilities. Modern and comfortable. I would go as far as saying it`s one of the best hotel rooms stayed in for a number of years. BUT our toilet had not been cleaned properly, actually very unpleasant (will spare detail). The leaving of room service plates along corridors wasn`t nice either . In short housekeeping needs improving. That being said everything else was brilliant.

"Poor communication / attention to detail"

£100 charge to debit card (hotel policy) for check in with up to 5 days to be refunded. No option for refusal and no information provided beforehand to say that this would be the case. Ido not consider £100 to be a nominal fee. I am still awaiting the refund. Booking was for 3 adults yet the room was prepared for only two people - I had to request bedding and pillows for the sofa bed and additional complimentary water, cutlery, crockery etc. Breakfast arrived to room earlier than requested and was only for two (additional serving was provided when we asked). Organised table in restaurant on second day however breakfast arrived at the room again, with only two servings
