"Easy connection to Heathrow"
The hotel was easy to walk to from the tube although it was not visible, need to find a local for directions or get a very large building removed which sits just in front of it. The rooms were spacious ,clean and had all the basics required for an airport stay. Suggest booking with breakfast as there is nothing in the area to walk out to.Would recommend and stay there again on my next visit. easy bus service into Heathrow also tube.

Convienient for airport, bus transfer to all terminals for small cost. Very quiet, clean and comfortable excellent for over night stay before or after holiday. Tube station into central London 5 mins walk away.

"Great comfort, minimal expense"
I was pleased to have such a large and comfortable room, and the aircraft noise from the airport outside my window was conspicuous by its absence. Dinner was very good, though the a la carte is a little on the pricey side. Only downside was breakfast, which though plentiful was a bit chaotic and lacked proper bread and cutlery readily available - not worth £9.50!

Perfect location for the airport with no noise (honestly, I did not hear a single plane). Modern, ell appointed hotel with friendly staff. A real relevation from the standard airport hotel offering, you will be happy when you arrive to Jurys Inn Heathrow.

"Quality, comfortable hotel with all facilities at a great price."
This was an excellent value for money overnight business stay. Smart, up to date hotel with quality fittings, a good bar and eatery, fast customer-friendly reception and an unbeatable price. It did what it said on the tin - except better. I will seriously consider staying there again even when I have central London meetings, given the good connections from Heathrow. One of the few hotels I have booked through a "best price" site which did not disappoint.

"If using Terminal 4 at Heathrow, this is the hotel to use, very conveniently located."
Due to feeling unwell after a long flight, we didn`t sample any food, so can`t give a rating higher than good. Excellent sound proofing of the room, didn`t realise until opening the curtains that we had a grandstand view of the aircraft on approach to Heathrow, but we never heard a thing.

"I have always had excellent stays at the Jurys while attending SAP courses until last week. "
I had a problem with my internet connection not working for 2 days during my 4 day stay. The staff very very curtious but it took a long time to fix.

We were unable to get the heat working, despite asking staff to come to the room and ensure we were using it correctly. It never did work correctly for us and also the fan in the bathroom was going all night which was very annoying. Our room was chilly otherwise our stay would have been very enjoyable.

Beds and Shower within room were fine. Despite arriving at 9.00am we were allocated our room immediately. food in hotel was below average.

During the coldest week in 30 years this hotel, compared to another 2 I stayed in was the only one with adequate heating in the room. Windows let in no draft and were soundprrof - also a great benefit. Reception staff friendly. Hotel had nice atmosphere. Ideal if you want to be close to Heathrow airport but also has direct underground line into the centre of London taking aprox. 1 hour. Excellent rates for stay.

There is nothing within walking distance to the Hotel but it is quiet and clean, the bar and restaurant are good and breakfast OK. Recommended for a one nighter!

Hotel was very good and extremely close to Terminal 4,however not a single aircraft could be heard from the rooms, excellent windows. Bad point is the shuttle bus, it was £4.00 per person for about a 5 minute drive!

The room was a good size and all you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient when we called to ask if someone would fix our hairdryer they came within 5 minutes. The windows were double glazed to stop any noise from the jet engines although at times we could hear the people in the next room. It did take 45 minutes to travel into Piccadilly but the trains were frequent and the cost of an all day, all zone ticket was only £7.50. Bottom line we would definitely stay here again.

This day and age I would like FREE internet access as normally I only need a few minutes to book a flight but £5 is the cheapest option!!!!! Everything else was great.

found hair dryer not working after washing hair although they replaced it later had to go out with wet hair light bulb on reading light not working asked to have it changed not done. Staff not very friendly in the bar.
