"No room service is very strange for a big hotel"

Food from restaurant is very average, Having to take it to my room made me feel like a waiter,any jobs going??lol

A nice clean hotel we stayed two nights and I upgraded. We should have had a free paper and free internet. We had neither. Also our room was not made up during our stay. Close to Hatton Cross underground which is why we use it.

"Comfortable modern hotel close to Heathrow"

I enjoyed my stay at Jurys Inn Heathrow very much .It is a is a modern Hotel with good facilities and comfortable rooms. I enjoyed watching the planes lined up coming in for landing and luckily the rooms are sound proof !! I chose it for the proximity to the airport and it is only a five minute walk from the Tatton Cross Metro station so you can be in central London within 15 minutes

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel..The only improvement that could have been made for me was a bigger bed. We asked on the checkout on the morning that we left and were told that they were available for £20 extra.. This was not offered on the website when i booked as I would have done it.. Also the staff were hoovering the room nexst dor at 7.45..!!! Very disturbing as we had not any reason to be awake so early.. However all in all a very pleasant stay.. We will come to this hotel again..

"The staff at the reception is hopeless! "

I have payed my room in advance and, when I checked in, they could not find my payment in their database. In the end they found it. The next morning, another person at the reception accused me in arrogant way that there was not payment, again!! Also, he was awfully unkind. I will not go there again. If you are planning to go, be aware of the inefficient staff.

"Great value for money hotel apart from the breakfast"

Don`t be put off by the hotel being so close to the airport. We didn`t hear a single plane when in the hotel. Watching the planes land whilst in the lounge is a plus. Reception was very helpful and professional. Only negative was the breakfast. The wait was long, the standard poor and the hotplate was rarely replenished. We saw guests asking for refunds because of these reasons. I would still stay at this hotel again

"One night stay "

Very nice clean room, everything you needed for on night. Restaurant very friendly, food good and reasonably priced. Had pre booked and paid prior to arrival so very smooth arrival and leaving. Would definitely use Jury`s again.

excellent value, and a very convenient location for the tube, but the most impressive thing, is the unfailing level of courtesy and helpfulness you meet everywhere in the hotel. they are[ or should be ], a model for some of the other [ and more expensive ] lhr hotels.

"Beautifully clean, and staff extremely efficient and couteous"

We have stayed here a few times now, and each time find this hotel just `does the job`, including amazing sound proof rooms, which make it a comfortable stay, despite the proximity to the planes.

this is a wonderful `3 stars` hotel, it is better than many average 4 star hotels.

"The rooms, location & staff were excellent."

The staff in the restaurant were particularly of a high standard. Only negative is that the ice machine on the 6th floor was either not working or was ineffectual.

Staff very pleasant and helpfull. Three quarter pull out bed for the kids was a bit of a squeeze.

Was ok, but the service was terrible, the staff barely acknowledged my existence, spoke broken English and wouldn`t even tell me the way to the lifts! The toilet had poo in it and there was no bottled water, I had to drink out of the bathroom tap. Also, there was a connected room with a crack in the door where the man in the other room could see me through it. Glad it was only overnight!

Watch the Hotel Hoppa from Terminal 3 - it doesn`t run after 8pm, and a taxi costs 18-pounds... The hotel is good though - clean, spacious.

"Easy connection to Heathrow"

The hotel was easy to walk to from the tube although it was not visible, need to find a local for directions or get a very large building removed which sits just in front of it. The rooms were spacious ,clean and had all the basics required for an airport stay. Suggest booking with breakfast as there is nothing in the area to walk out to.Would recommend and stay there again on my next visit. easy bus service into Heathrow also tube.

arrrived at 10.55 to be told that food finished at 11 but last orders taken at 10.45 - not good enough for an airport hotel....should be more 24 hour focused

Convienient for airport, bus transfer to all terminals for small cost. Very quiet, clean and comfortable excellent for over night stay before or after holiday. Tube station into central London 5 mins walk away.
