Great location for train station and London. Short walk to very good shops.Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and variety. Helpful and friendly staff especially the concierge. Fab Italian food in the restaurant. A fairly basic room but clean and comfortable. Value for money

While we booked the hotel at a good rate, the taxi prices to and from the hotel make booking a closer hotel more preferable. Standard ok but staff can`t seem to manage a smile.

Stayed in room 1030 - air conditioning did not work and windows only opened approx 3 inches, making an extremely uncomfortable nights sleep. Only one pillow provided per bed with no spares. Shambolic breakfast service.

I arrived to reception area being blocked by an American school trip and rather than ask the school to step aside the staff at reception just stood and watched me queue. I booked a non smoking room which was confirmed and got a room with a huge sticker on the door saying designated smoking room which was disgusting-my husband complained and was told very rudely we hadn`t requested a non somoking room and that he would come and open the windows! I showed booking confirmation and were eventually moved into another room which still smelled of smoke but just not as bad. We went to get something to eat but the restaurant and room service close at 10.30pm-I arrived 10.45pm but nobody was willing to try and accomadate us so we ended up going to bed hungry. customer service was appalling and I would not reccomend staying here to anyone. Oh and we were quoted £12 taxi fare to terminal 4 (2 miles away) and it actually cost us £22.

The hotel is advertised as near terminal 4 but there is no shuttle service to the hotel.Ipaid 13 pounds each way by taxi.Room smelt of smoke. Breakfast good.Room quiet and comfortable

I suffered an unfortunate injury on arrival where the car park barrier hit me in the face. It was reported but I suffered bruising to my upper lip.

we enjoyed an enjoyable night in very comfortable surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed an excellent meal in the hotel resturant where the staff were attentive and very polite. A most enjoyable start to our holiday and we will definetly stay again

We booked a three night break over new year at the hotel, very impressed rooms very clean, staff helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. great value for money would stay there again or stay at one of hotel directs hotels again.

he needs a good moral and right conduct . we came from the phillippines and we had breakfast with my 2 kids and my in laws and this man doesnt allow my kids to eat there noodles. we have different cultures you know and the kids doesnt like the food that you are serving. they let my kids starved. breakfast was a bit of a disaster as the room wasn`t set out very well. The cooked food left a lot to be desired and it took a long while to actually get a cooked breakfast. In essence the breakfast area was very amateurish.

"OK - no more"
Check in was ok, I arrived late, almost 11pm but this was not a problem, although there were only smoking singles available, on asking though I got moved to a non-smoking double. The bed was not very comfortable, nor the pillows, but at least it was quiet. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but ok I suppose. Just round the corner from Feltham station to get into London (in about 30 mins)

"Rude Receptionist"
The receptionist was plain rude. He didnt have the simple requirement etiquette as someone who`s working at a hotel front desk. Perhaps because I am a woman. He was not interested of helping me checking in but paying much more attention on serving the next customers who are a bunch of men (Asian). \the room was good. Other receptionist/s were good too. Only this particular Asian receptionist. They normally dont have much time for woman who are on their own. Well there will be no next time for me in St Giles Feltham. God Bless.

"Bedrooms and bathrooms need refurbishing - looking tatty."
What looked a fairly smart hotel from the outside, (and from the internet), was a disapointment. There was a strange smell everywhere, and the toilet in our room had old stains in it. As for the breakfast - dont bother, the cereal looked the only safe thing to eat!
