"Great Location, Friendly Staff!"
We enjoyed our stay from start to finish, friendly staff, clean hotel, everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was perfect and the bar was nice. Location wise it was only a 10 minute walk from Eiffel Tower. Would very much recommend.

"Friendly staff, clean hotel and nice food"
The beds were comfy(very big), nice space and bathroom. Confusing lights (switches). A bit too warm in the room somethimes. Not too far from the Eiffel Tower (20 minutes walk).

"Excellent location for Eifel Tower and RER service"
Clean room and bathroom. no instructions for the safe in English or any language. Only English TV channel (PRIME) was unwatchable. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay with friendly and helpful staff

Air conditioning in the room was not effective. There was no hot breakfast left on both mornings, we dined at 9.30 the first morning and 10.10 on the second morning but the rooms were nice and spacious and the staff very pleasant

the hotel was very dark, and very dated, 189£ for one night was overpriced and the breakfast consisted of a few rolls, yoghurt with no spoons, and we had to ask for milk as there was none, would not stay here again.

Extremely hot in Paris and in one of the two rooms the airconditioning was totally ineffective, just made a noise! While we were out someone came into the room to close the curtains and turned the air.con. off antway. Breakfast very disappointing, not the usual choices of good hotels especially breads..only baguettes. Apricot and strawberry jam only, not good.

I can`t really fault the hotel and it`s services except that it`s a bit awkward to get to by Metro. Local shops nearby to buy food and drinks for the day and an excellent Bistro around the corner where I wasn`t ripped off. Good quality breakfast and plenty of it. Overall, an very pleasing result. Recommended.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast ordinary. Easy walk to small variety of restaurants, metro and Tower. Overall we were pleased with the hotel for a two night stay.

"Top class 3 star hotel that I have just recommended to some of my friends!"
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and thought it very good value. The breakfast was good and the room was well equipped with fridge, safe, air conditioning... The hotel was extremely quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive - they remembered our apres dinner drink from night to night! Good Italian restaurant just up the road that was convenient and also very nice. Hopefully friends of ours will be staying there at the end of this month having recommended it to them.

Good friendlly staff. The hot buffet always seemed to be cold, and the outside furniture could do with a refurbishment. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a nice quiet area, with good access to the metro.

"Family room provided good sized accomodation, clean bathroom "
Good location. 15 mins walk from Eiffel tower & 3 mins from nearest metro station. Would recommend this hotel to any family with young baby/child. Although in central Paris, actual road where hotel is situated v. quiet. Supermarket 50 yards from hotel makes it even better as able to buy fresh fruit etc daily for picnics in the parks & avoid some of the expensive restaurant bills. Would stay here again in the future.

Very pleasant staff-helpful, good location, close to sights, however the information when using the metro could have been clearer, likewise directions to the hotel could have been more precise Very clean hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast, good location for sights - although the directions from the metro to the hotel could have been clearer, likewise the information regarding the metro when arriving at Gare du Nord need to be more precise.

"Very enjoyable stay"
Room was comfortable and very clean, bathroom facilities excellent,. As hotel is in a residential area the room was quiet at night. Breakfast was good. 20 minute pleasant walk along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower.

Good clean hotel. Breakfast plentiful. Staff helpful. Situated in quiet position but within easy reach of all major attractions using Metro and buses. No tea/coffee making in room. Would not recommend evening meal in Hotel. Bistro ok.

"The hotel was very good, great location and great breakfast, great staff"
Found the hotel staff very friendly. Good sized rooms and excellent breakfast that was constantly replenished. Easy to get to most places as Metro about 5-10 minute walk. Map to the hotel might have been helpful when finding it though. 5 of us staying all thought the hotel good value, hotel arranged taxi to the airport which for 5 people worked out better than the shuttle.

Good location for exploring Paris on both banks from (right bank) the Eiffel tower to Notre Dame and (left bank) the Arc de triomphe to Bastille. Restaurants in the area are adequate. Good breakfast daily in the hotel!

Hotel was located ideally for tourists- not so close to the centre to make it expensive, but handy for Metro and centre. Rooms comfortable, food good, staff pleasant and willing, would highly recommend this hotel.

"Relatively good value and good position, but cold room"
Overall the hotel was relatively good value based on its position and services. But the room we stayed in became quite cold throughout our stay (January), even with the bedroom heating thermostat on full the room temperature was still very cold.

staff were very helpful/friendly. room was below standard, needs revamp and air con was dreadful, rooms too hot. very basic? needs new wallpaper etc...clean room though, good service and decent french breakfast.wold come back as it is ideal for Paris, very quiet room had a great sleep!comfortable beds, in Paris, you dont spend much time in room! all in all, needs upgraded rooms but friendly and efficient hotel.

" Hotel needs refurbishment"
we thought the room needed redecorating . The walls looked dirty and I was appalled after looking at the tariff in reception to see animals were allowed in the rooms. I dread to think there had been an animal in our room even though there was an unpleasant smell which I couldn`t place. It was either animals or somebody had been smoking. The best of the hotel was the chef. We ate in the bar several times and the food was first class. The breakfast was good . The bar staff were friendly but sometimes we had to search for them to get a drink We would not stay again

Great location and easy 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower, staff very friendly and room was clean if very basic. The one big negative was breakfast!! Worst ever and was a complete let down!

"Enjoyable 3 days in Paris"
Once we`d got used the RER and metro found it easy to access all of the sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was comfortable. Very international hotel. Could be hectic if later breakfast taken.

Our key wouldn`t work on the first night and staff promptly upgraded us to another room which we found to be very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities, plus a balcony. Breakfast was hearty although we had to get down early if we wanted the hot buffet which consisted of scrambled eggs and cooked ham. Hotel was a short walk from the metro that we used to explore the rest of the city at a reasonable price of 5.80 euros for a day travel ticket. Linen was changed daily and the beds were comfortable. Overall an excellent stay for my birthday.

Polite & helpful service, clean room, good buffet breakfast. Good location to all the tourist attractions (about 4 very short metro stops). The hotel is a lovely stroll across the river to the Eiffel Tower.

always check your bill at the end of the stay as they charged us for items from the mini bar which we did not have, the french also dont listen to what you ask for twice getting the drinks order wrong in the end gave up.breakfast not up to much and evening meal not much choice and served cold.rooms nice size but in need of a good clean. sounds close to eiffel tower but a good 20min walk along very busy road on both sides of river (longer if you have young children)

This hotel was very good when we arrived there was a problem in the hotel on the 6th floor but the staff had already arranged for alternative accomodation and rang us a taxi which they paid for,the service was really good their was no language barrier with the staff and we arrived back next morning at the hotel where they allocated us our room. The room was warm and spacious and if we were to go back i would have no hesitation of booking this hotel , food was also lovely although we were only booked for bed and breakfast we had an evening meal in it as well ,it was reasonably priced and also lovely. This hotel is aslo near the metro and twenty minutes walk from the eiffel tour where you can catch a bus to all the attractions.
