"Very pleasant boutique hotel, fourth stay."
Usual high standards, staff courteous, good location for shopping in Oxford Street/New Bond Street. Funky bar and restaraunt which adds to the overall ambience of the Hotel.

"This is such a lovely hotel best stay in london ever."
we had a great stay we got upgraded to a 1 bed appartment which was great it was my birthday .the staff was very friendly ,we had a few drinks in the bar nice and modern,we had roomservice for breakfast it came on time and it was worth the money.i would recemend this hotel to all my friends.thankyou for such a nice weekend.

Weird furnishing in bar and restaurant (Blake`s Seven?) didn`t spoil overall experience. Clean, well-decorated room. No tea/coffee facility, other than chargeable room-service.

Room/bathroom all very clean, comfortable and well presented. Bit on the small side, even for London, but OK for a night or two out on the town. Bar & restaurant very busy at times. Sunday breakfast was a bit chaotic. Beware of the 12.5% service charges added to everything when you come to pay the bill!

"A very good experience"
Initially it looked as if I would have to wait for a room which I was happy to do - however an upgrade to a suite was offered immediately. The room was amazing. The staff very helpful and efficient. Cooked breakfast was slow and many people were left waiting however it was very busy and understandable. All in all a very good experience, but get to breakfast early on Sundays!

we only had one night at the hotel but were very impressed with the service and very friendly and welcoming manner of all members of staff. Decor and rooms were excellent and we will certainly opt to stay in the hotel on our next visit to London.

Housekeeping needs attention so as not to limit guests with 1 shampoo and 1 bath gel for a four day stay and no hair conditioner at all.

"Lovely welcoming hotel"
Very nice decor, modern with some traditional features (pink suit of armour in bar!) Took the offer of upgrade to larger room for £30 which was worth it. Lovely lighting in bar and very efficient staff. Friendly and helpful reception, porters and doorman.

we have stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions and again it did not disappoint. the location is brilliant for both shopping and nightlife. if there has to be one criticism it would be that the bedrooms are on the small side.

"A very conveniently situated hotel which gives a warm welcome"
This is ideally situated for shopping (Oxford Street is only a few minutes` walk) and Theatreland is not far away. It is spotlessly clean and we found the staff universally polite and helpful. It is not cheap but compares well with other good quality hotels in central London.

Excellent location,rooms fine but a bit on the small side. Breakfast,great and bar was very lively but pricey. Staff were very proffessional and well worth mentioning. Would stay again.

"Smart, central location, very comfortable"
The Mandeville is a smart, contemporary hotel situated very centrally off Oxford Street with a wealth of shops and interesting restaurants around. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful and the decor impressive. We would certainly return.
