Hotel was very good. Room was excellent. Bathroom was a little cramped but OK. Breakfast very good. Reception very friendly and helpful.

Hello, I stayed at the hotel for one night 23/24th may 2015. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The room itself was small but served it`s purpose for a place to lay our head. We found 2 long hairs both on the bed and in the tea tray on arrival and also the shower tray needs some attention! When showering you find yourself swimming in water as the water doesn`t drain away and you flood the bathroom as there is no sufficient seal on the door to prevent this. This didn`t ruin our stay and would return if staying near euston again

"Lovely reasonably priced hotel"

Stayed in a double room for 1 night with my wife during Chelsea flower show. The room was very nice and price very reasonable & staff very friendly. I would stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel as it is clean, quiet and just adjacent to Euston station in London which is so close to most interesting things in London.

"Excellent hotel "

Amazing deal. The hotel was 2 minutes walk from Euston station. We checked I`m early and the room wasn`t quite ready but the friendly staff took out luggage which was later delivered to the room. Large spacious room for London with good facilities, even had a nespresso machine in the room. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Great location next to Euston station. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms are comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and the food was surprisingly good

This hotel is reasonable price compared to other hotels in london. We had everything we needed during our stay, the rooms are nice and the staff are very helpful abd friendly.

"Clean, friendly helpful staff and good location "

It was impeccabley clean which for me is a must! It was quiet with a comfortable bed and good room size. We did upgrade our room so we had a Queen bed on fourth floor (rm567). With the upgrade we got breakfast, this was a standard continental breakfast, again good choice of food, standard really. But again good service. The location is good too, it`s literally a few minutes walk from Euston train station and bus station so you are never short of a tube in and out or around london. Plus a bus if it`s after hours with the bus station. Learnado at reception checked us in and kindly extended our stay in terms of check out time. He was very helpful, well spoken and friendly. Really pleased with eveything about this hotel.

"A very good hotel and well located for London tourists."

The hotel in a good location for tourists and is close to the underground station. Staff very friendly and helpfull. I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was very clean. In general all was very good. Our only let down was that they did not give us the morning call which we requested and they said that they would. As a result we nearly missed our train that we had prepaid the tickets for. There was a choice of teas in the room, but we would have appreciated a normal cup of tea, ie PG or Typhoo. A designated area for the tea and coffee facilities would help. You can not please everybody all of the time though.

"What a suprise"

I booked this hotel as a 25th wedding anniversary present for my parents and what fantastic feedback I had from them. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate for their needs and had even decorated the room with swan towels and rose petals!! Such a lovely gesture for them too do. Parents had said the room was fantastic and they LOVED the bathroom facilities . I`m very happy to have chosen this hotel, I would consider rebooking!!

"long weekend "

The hotel is in a good location 5mins from Euston station.The reception is very welcoming as are the staff all couldn`t do enough for you.we were on the 4th floor in an executive room very quiet not a bad size,two single beds together and a sofa bed,not many hotels have rooms for 3 people,the beds where a bit on the hard side for us.a good size shower and big towels,breakfast was a disappointment food was cold so only had it once.over all a good stay but unlikely to stay again as like a comfy bed.

"Spot On!"

All very good, staff all very friendly, helpful & efficient. The only negatives are the noisy air conditioning in rooms and if you happen to have a room near the fire doors in the corridor as these are constantly left to slam loudly as other guests pass through on the way to or from their own rooms. Fortunately we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the loud announcements of train arrivals & departures from Euston station, I imagine rooms at the front of the hotel would suffer from this disturbance.

"Really good hotel for a London break"

Excellent, very clean hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. Only 5 minutes walk from Euston station so you don`t have to waste time traipsing over London just to get rid of your luggage before venturing further into the city. They will even look after your luggage on the day that you leave if there is a delay between checking out and departure time. Won`t hesitate to use it again next time we`re in London.

"Don`t stay at this hotel as a family of 3 (see review for reason why)"

The public areas of the hotel were very nice & we did have a meal via room service which was also nice BUT we booked an executive room (room no 456) for 3 x adults but unfortunately we were given a room with 2 x singles & a sofa bed which was a big disappointment as how do you decide which one of you has to "rough it" on the sofa? The sofa bed was so hard we didn`t even use it as it was so uncomfortable my wife & daughter (age 19) had to share one of the singles for two nights. The room would however have been suitable for a couple but it is most definitely not acceptable for a hotel to add a sofa bed in the room & say it`s suitable for 3 adults. We would definitely not stay at this hotel again as a family of 3.

"Clean rooms, good location and helpful staff, but food poor quality and value..."

Rooms are clean, modern design and have all the facilities required for a city break accommodation. Bed comfy, if a little too soft for us. Area is quiet during night. Will use it again. Warning, we got back after the show and had in-room food; limited choice and very expensive for some basic cold sandwiches. Recommend taking your own food or buying on the way in!

"Weekend stay"

Excellent hotel. Attentive staff and lots of them. We were able to check in early and although hotel is near station we had no noise or disturbance from this. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel is in excellent location for getting onto tubes and visiting various places across london. I would highly recommend this hotel.
