The hotel was delightful with friendly staff. It`s location was perfect for my group of friends. The relaxed atmosphere was excellent after an excited but happily exhausted group of ladies, returned to the haven of the hotel!

"Watch out for misuse of your debit card."
The hotel was impeccable. The receptionist was extremely helpful and ready to impart information relating to any aspect of our stay in London. Produced maps to help us navigate our way around. I permitted a £50 deposit to be charged to my debit card against any spending I may have done in the hotel. On checking out I had an invoice for £24 only and expected this to be the only amount taken from my bank account. Imagine my dismay when I checked my account on the Tuesday to find the hotel had not only taken the £50 I had authorised but that there was another amount for £85.98 not authorised. I phoned the hotel for an explanation and didn`t really get one. Apart from the monies would be paid back to my bank account at a later date. This is totally unacceptable behaviour. Due to this I will not return to this hotel.

"Not 4 star service"
Room ok but basic things like no to list roll in room, bar not able to serve hot drinks at the end of the night but before closing and literally chased for my breakfast token in the restaurant is not 4 star service. I wouldn`t recommend or stay here again

The room was clean but the bathroom had a badly chipped bath and the soap holder was hanging off the wall. No instructions for theTV or heating system so spent the night rather cold. Good choice at breakfast and decent quality, but it took a long time for tea and coffee to be brought to the table and we had to ask three times. The queue for the hot food passed the entry / exit door to the kitchens which meant staff rushing through with dirty plates etc. Very poor design of buffett area. The queue should have run from the opposite side! Over priced for what it was. Would not return.

This hotel went above & beyond with help. The room was beautiful & bed was extra comfy. A great base for a lovely night going to the theatre & a great day of site seeing the next day. Helpful with keeping our bag safe for the day before our late train home.

We booked the Executive King bedroom sleeping 3. The room was clean, bathroom modern. There was not a lot of space in the room however considering it was an executive room when the sofa bed was in use you could not walk near to the window. Overall good and in a good spot for Euston train station and access to theatres via tube..

Excellent location minutes from euston station. Rooms really nice and clean. Really comfy beds. Nice fluffy white bath towels. Great breakfast. Really helpful and friendly staff. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

Very warm welcome on arrival & departing with Jodyta.. Upgraded our room as it was my birthday & also knocked the door with a card & chocolates which made my birthday extra special.. Excellent breakfast menu too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return soon.

"Outstanding Stay "
Beacuse we had paid so little for this hotel i was not expecting much at all just a place to nap and change. We were completely wrong it was the opposite. Hotel is on the door step of Euston station, excellent location, value for money was outstanding could not believe the price for London. Rooms decorated lovely and staff could not have been more helpful at check in and answering any questions or queries we had re getting around London and supplies us with maps of tourist info/tube and bus info etc. I would definitely recommend. I will defo be staying here again.

It was our first stay at a Thistle Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, the `check in` was efficient and the room spacious, well equipped, clean and light. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for its location, friendliness and value for money. Many thanks for a great stay.

Arrived really early due to no traffic on motorway. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant on arrival. Hotel is a lovely clean and very well looked after establishment. Very close to Euston station so extremely convenient to our weekend plans. Very pleased with our booking

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic customer service...staff let us check in early as rooms were ready and also we were able to leave our cases when we checked out to spend a few more hours walking round london. Would recommend. Lovely clean hotel with excellent service. Well done euston thistle. Would stay here again.

"Weekend break to London Thistle Euston"
I stayed in this hotel in a family room (myself and my two daughters, aged 21 and 24). I cannot fault the hotel in any way, both the hotel facilities and staff where excellent. The staff were very helpful, and courteous and all times, the room was spotless, beds very comfortable, and breakfast was well worth the money, very tasty and lots of variety to choose from. Hotel was situated in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Euston Station which was very convenient for travelling about London. Would most definitely stay in this hotel again if we return to London.

My wife uses a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful and we were given a room near the lift (but quiet), furnished to a good standard, with free W-Fi. Throughout our stay we were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the restaurant. An easy walk from Euston.
