The location is fantastic, about 200 yards from Queens Theatre, and very central, walking distance for lots of places, including Regents Street, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. Round the corner from Leicester Square. Room was immaculately clean, but the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Polite, friendly, courteous, interested, and couldn`t do enough for you. The lady who checked us in was great, the Spanish barman was very helpful. Overall the staff were faultless. My sister, who was with me, works for the NHS, and said this is how she wants her staff to be, rather than rude and disinterested. The staff could give lessons to public facing staff in lots of environments. So overall, fantastic location, clean, and great staff. I would definitely go again.

Very efficient and pleasant reception service, excellent room - smart clean and spacious, breakfast service average with only average quality hot breakfast via buffet

"Great location "
Great location walking distance too both shows we went to and the embankment, right on Trafalger Square. Room smaller than we are used too but very clean and well looked after, except for safe which broke down! Staff excellent could not be more helpful. We were also impressed with the excellent breakfast.

"Nice hotel, location questionable"
Although the hotel was great, nice room and friendly staff, the side street location was questionable. A bit of a tramps hang out. Also, don`t bother with the breakfast. £12 each and just not value for money whatsoever. Pretty terrible to be honest. I couldn`t even cut my sausage due to it being over cooked!

Lovely hotel very pleasant and helpful staff.Only five minutes walk from all theatres but down a quiet side street so very quiet .Would definitely recommend and would stay there again

"Bathroom in room 401 is in need of maintenance."
The grout in the bathroom had come away which meams the tile edges on the floor where sharpe. The shower head moved about as it could not be tightened up. The room was noicy at night due to a disco over the road.

Service excellent with relaxing atmosphere. However, hotel room a bit small and lack of attention to detail, such as dirty pillow case, short flex on kettle (health and safety issue), not enough condiments and difficult to open and slightly cheap metal condiment/napkin boxes unfortunately prevents our rating of this 4 star hotel as excellent. Breakfast good.

"Very friendly, clean and modern hotel!!"
From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly and welcoming staff. They looked after our luggage as we arrived before check in and helped us to find where we needed to be be! The room was very clean and modern with everything we needed in it and the hotel was very peaceful. Very close to the West end and all good shopping areas! I would definitely go back to this hotel again!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel and room was very clean and had a lovely smell throughout. We were on the fourth floor and facing the back of the hotel. We could hear noise from the street, people singing and cars tooting their horns so would recommend a high floor! If you choose to have breakfast here avoid the coffee..... It`s like syrup!!! The bed was very comfortable and the executive room was very pleasant! We would stay here again but on a higher floor!

Staff helpful and informative. Rooms clean and comfortable but very small. Not sure, apart from the location, why it is so expensive? The bar was shut by 9.50pm as they were preparing it for a meet the next day - very disappointing.

"Location and Service Excellent"
We had a very enjoyable week-end. The location is superb, in easy walking distance to Trafalgar Square, Galleries, Regent Street etc. The room was clean and peaceful, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. We will definitely stay there again.
