"just a fantastic central location , stunning."
we stayed at this hotel as a treat for ourselves for our 4Th wedding anniversary , we had stayed here 2 years previous and was pleasantly surprised , it is hidden just off of the centre which is lovely and quiet , the staff are very accommodating , the rooms are clean, comfortable ,very modern , we would definitely stay here again , the only downside was our shower was broken , we couldn`t lift the hose up and down which for myself was fine but for my 6`ft 3 husband he found it very difficult , but as we were there only 1 night we didn`t see this as a major problem . Thank You for a lovely stay in London we will see you again soon x

"Internet access In room. "
Very disappointed there was no easy Internet access , I was told to but a voucher which then we couldn`t purchase, I spent a whole hour in the evening basically the whole time at the hotel on the evening prior to going to a show tring to get Internet. I should have been there with my partner who ended up abroad it was his birthday and couldn`t contact him due to Internet. This did spoil our stay.

"Excellent Staff and a Great Location"
The location couldn`t have been better and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. Very attentive and polite throughout our stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were nice, our first night was in a small double room which was pretty cramped for two, although perfect for one person. We then upgraded to a king the next night and it was a huge difference and much better. Lots of space, comfortable bed, good pillows and quality linens. The internet is ok and 10 GBP for 24 hours and the TV channels had a reasonable choice. The bathrooms are beautiful, the rainfall shower excellent and the towels are great quality. I would definitely stay here again if I visited London in the future.

"Comfortable and suprisingly quiet in the busy West End"
Very convenient for Theatres, Cinema, the National Gallery and Sightseeing. Leicester Square is just around the corner, Hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet. The shower was perfect, constant hot water, and there was plenty of space. I didnt eat in the hotel on this occasion, as I was meeting friends for dinner, but the restaurant and bar looked superb. Would recommend this hotel and would definately stay again.

"Good, central hotel"
This xxxxx hotel is a good hotel. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The bar provided a good service. We didn`t eat in the restaurant. It is very well located just off Leicester square and was good value for money. For a one night stay in central London I would recommend it. If you`re looking for somewhere a bit special, with character, then this is not the place but after a day of sightseeing it`s great for a well earned rest.

"Fab location for everything!"
Would definitely use if we come to London again. Fab location for shopping, sights, Hyde park, xxxxx, covent garden, Buckingham palace, eye all in walking distance. Right in Leicester square for bars and restaurants. Superb!

"Excellent location for the west end."
At check-in we were offered a room upgrade for an extra £20 which I declined. I was then told we could have the upgrade to an executive double anyway with their compliments. Bonus! The room was good, not amazing but everything you need, clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. The staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was everything you`d expect from this type of hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel nothing special and a bit dated behind the scenes. Had to stoop to get under the over-bath shower Disappointed in the room size - and no breakfast included - yet it cost £187 for just one night!!

Lovely sized hotel, very good central location yet quiet, ideal for theatreland, tourist attractions and tube stations. All staff extremely friendly and helpful should be awarded gold star. Bedroom was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space but needs to have a set of drawers in the room, lovely double shower. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. One criticism is be aware of the 12.50% service charge on drinks in the bar. Would definitely stay again also recommend,

staff lovely and friendly, very welcoming, we were even able to leave our bag with them prior to check in and also after we checked out so we didnt have to carry luggage round london all day!.. amazing location too! round the corner from the tube and close to pubs, clubs and shopping!

"Perfect for my trip!"
The xxxxx xxxxx is in a brilliant location, right next to the National Gallery so an easy ten minute walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc. Hotel staff were extremely helpful & friendly. We heard absolutely no noise at all which is brilliant considering it`s central location. For a reasonably priced hotel this was an excellent choice.

Room small but perfectly proportioned and every amenity, comfort and convenience provided for. We loved all the hotel`s other facilities, especially the service, which was engaging, discreet and most helpful. Breakfast superb!! As far as hygiene, safety and quality of linen, towels, etc the hotel was immaculate. Well done and many thanks!!

We were agreeably surprised by The xxxxx xxxxx. Everything was clean and smart and the staff were all friendly and helpful. All London hotel prices are notoriously high and we would not have wanted to pay more than we did for our room. Not wanting noise of aircon, opened window and were disturbed by outside noise.

we went over the jubilee and the xxxxx xxxxx was so central for everything sitting behind the national portrait gallery what i would say is if its your first time at the hotel i would say when you arrive at the leicester square station turn left but go over the street and go up orange street and then the hotel will be right in front of you hotel room had a view of the london eye very quiet for being in the center of everything so this hotel would be a very good choice we stayed for 3 nights breakfast is a must really good choices
