"Excellent location - nice rooms"
Really enjoyed our stay, rooms are larger than most I have stayed in. Nice and quite for a busy location. Would stay again as I didn`t have chance to swim and use the spa.

A lovely hotel. Although a little disappointed with the amount of light in the room very dim and no sockets available for additional appliances such as charging your phone or using straightners or the hairdryer. No hairdryer in bathroom.

The room were lovely but we had to wait an extra hour after the booking in time to get into the room so this messed up our later plans; I couldn`t believe there was no curtains on the bathroom only net curtain, although high up not really good enough for privicy.

We have just returned from a 1 night stay at Le xxxxx and had a great time. You can literally see the Eros statue as you stand outside the front of the hotel so the location is wonderful. Our check in was smooth with Johanna(I think!) who was friendly, polite and helpful. We were upgraded without charge to a deluxe room and were able to get into our room at 11 am which was a bonus! Our room was traditional style, very clean and a decent size. The double bed was comfy with lovely pillows and we had a small dressing room so plenty of room for us both to move around. Breakfast in the stylish restaurant was buffet style with a lovely range of foods including cereals, fruits, nuts, yogurts, pastries and hot items. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return. Service from all staff we encountered was professional and efficient,including concierge staff.

december stay so very cold outside, the heating in the room didnt seem to get warm untill the following morning and the heated towel rail didnt work, so towels were still damp in the morning, other than that it was very nice, staff were nice

This hotel is well located for central London sights and shopping. Staff were very helpful and our classic room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, but not really 5 star service and quality. Overall, would grade this hotel no more than 4 star.

Le xxxxx Piccadilly is a good centrally located hotel. The facilities are excellent although the rooms are smaller than some similarly rated hotels, with double (as opposed to king sized beds). However the location is perfect for visiting central London. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Overall we had a good visit

"A top luxury Hotel with all the trimmings!"
This hotel was everything that I did expect and a lot more. A very nice room with fantasticly comfortable beds, even if the room was a bit on the small side, but this is very normal for London. The "Full English breakfast" and the beautiful breakfast room (and the helpful and pleasant staff) where a highlight. The Spa facilities are a nice bonus which we enjoyed - ending with a fantastic back massage on the Monday morning before checking out. I can not say enough good things about this Le xxxxxxxx hotel and will def. be making a booking here again when I next come to London.

I would go back to this hotel because of its location, although I was disappointed with the view out the window (there basically wasn`t one: could just see building machinery and a side view of the terrace restaurant and absolutely no daylight). Bathroom far too hot with the towel rail on 24/7. Great breakfast. Nice spa area but disappointing shower products with cheap shampoo/body wash and very cheap conditioner (when I could actually find a shower that had some in it) I would have expected better for a 5*.

Hotel was nice and the rooms were comfortable. Located across from Piccadilly tube station so excellent location. Breakfast very nice. Not sure it`s worth a 5 star rating though

"Conciderate staff."
I am in a wheel chair just now which could have been a problem. The staff were onhand for any help needed and were so good to me and my old mum. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast was perfect. My thanks to the staff for their concideration....even helping with taxi loading!!!

Hotel was excellent, staff were very helpful and the breakfast 1st class. It was perfectly situated for the Threatre. We were able to leave our luggage so we could do a bit of site seeing. I would definitely go back and recommend this Hotel to my friends and family. It made our week-end very special.

"poor staff communication"
we wasn,t offered a newspaper on booking in, on our first morning the fire alarm was activated i looked out of my room to see a cleaner, iasked if we should vacate the building ,she didn,t understand and shrugged her shoulders ,at this point a few heads had appeared at their doors, a man with a radio then walked toward me i asked what the alarm was due to the distinct lack of panic, he didn,t know, we packed our bag and went to reception to book out, by this time the alarm had stopped, i asked what it was and was told it was a regular thursday morning test and was surprised when i told her of the staffs lack of knowledge, no apology was offered. i would use the hotel again!

Our only concern was that the room information stated that bath robes would be charged to any guests wishing to take them home. The only problem was that there were no robes in the room when we arrived so we sincerely hope that no one thinks that we have taken them.
