Location wise the hotel is very close to the Tube so getting around London is easy enough. The room was good enough for a one night stay and the continental breakfast which was included was surprisingly good. Overall a good hotel to stay in.

This is a conveniently located hotel- near to underground stations and a range of bus routes. Check in was very efficiently managed - and all staff met during my stay were pleasant and keen to be helpful. Accommodation is well maintained, clean and well serviced. Continental breakfast was on a simple help- yourself style.

The hotel was good value for money although the bathroom ventilation fan did not work. The main concern was the room was directly below a battery of mobile phone aerials which are known to give off micro waves.

Clean, newly decorated with good amenities and continental breakfast reasonable. Definitely off-putting when you arrive at anonymous entrance but inside it is typical Comfort Inns quality. I would use it again

It was very convenient for getting to all the places we wanted to go and we mostly used the buses which were very frequent and also free for us using our senior bus pass!!

"All the basic amenities in a clean and tidy environment."
I called the hotel the day after our stay to ask if a show programme for We Will Rock You was found in the room. I gave my details to a lady who said she would ring me the following day I never received a call telling me one way or the other whether the item had been found. From a customer service point of view this is disappointing.

this hotel is situated quite a bit away from most of the tourist sites but having said that there is an underground station at the end of the road about 500yds from the hotel. the hotel itself is not without some problems ie tv did not work and there is problems with the keycard door keys but if you are looking for somewhere to sleep then there is nothing wrong with this hotel as your base. the staff although not english were very helpful and tried to solve any problems we had so no problems there. 5/10 location 6/10 cleanliness and yes we would go back

Advertised as parking available but none at hotel. Parking actually cost us £25 for overnight stop. Rooms smelt like smokers rooms although advertised as non smoking hotel. Check-in friendly & rooms / showers comfortable. Continental breakfast very good.

very good place to stay, was unsure at first as the area is not the greatest but once in the hotel, everything was nice and clean and the bathroom was ideal. Only slight problem we had was our room was on the third floor and when we first got up there the room key wouldnt work so we had to go back down again to have it activated again. Otherwise, everything good, nice breakfast, good price and would stay there again

Fantastic accomodation for the money. Room was very comfortable with excellent facilities and television. Breakfast was included in the price which was self serve-all you can eat. Short walk from tube station, and only a short distance from oxford circus for shopping!!!

"A good reasonable hotel within easy striking distance of anywhere in LONDON."
I found the staff very helpful, the breakfast filling and the bed very comfortable. The accommodation might be described as basic, but very affordable. There is a bus stop virtually outside the door and a tube station (Bakerloo Line, Edgware Road) just five minutes walk down the road. A little out of the way if you want quick, direct access to the centre of London, but it didn`st stop me getting around in the day or in the evening. On the plus side Edgware Road has many shops, pubs and cafes. I enjoyed my stay and if you`re looking for a reasonable hotel in London, then I would recommend it.

I booked on the internet and picked the Comfort Inn to stay as it had the best reviews. Still not really knowing what to expect - as the price was so reasonable - I was pleased to find it was easy to get to and the reception staff very friendly and informative. My room was warm, quiet, clean and modern with all desires catered for. The continental breakfast was fresh and varied and again, the staff very pleasant. When I enquired if it was possible to stay another night I was told this wouldn`t be a problem and I was again charged the special discounted rate. I really couldn`t fault this hotel at all and will only come here again in the future. Thank you Comfort Inn Edgware!
