" xxxxx hotel"
We stayed in c.xxxxx hotel, lovely hotel, but our room was looking out on to a air con unit which belonged to offices next door, the noise from it all night long, S hame spoiled what would have been a lovely stay. disappointing.considering it wasnt cheap.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food and bar also very good. Easy walking distance for theatre`s. We were a little disappointed with our bedroom decoration. Sadly the bath had some rust on it which spoilt it a little. Also wasn`t to happy that we had knock on our bedroom door around 9am asking what time we were leaving as they wanted to clean our room, not really on when check out is isn`t until 12pm! Overall fabulous weekend break and would recommend this hotel.

"Shame we had to pay for an upgrade to get a double bed"
This hotel was in a fantastic location close to covent garden, Trafalgar Square and easy access to the tube network. The hotel itself is very well furnished and the staff friendly. The only downside was we booked what we thought would be a double room but the booking was "double/twin" and they couldn`t out us in a double. We upgraded to an executive room for £40 which was v nice although glad we didn`t pay full price! Overall v good hotel just watch out for what room they assign you.

"Amazing hotel amazing location "
I usually do not write reviews and am only writing this one as I can not find fault with this hotel, it`s brilliant. The location is superb, the staff friendly, the hotel itself is well decorated and extremely comfortable (the beds were wonderful). The one this I was worried about was noise due to the hotels central location but on the fourth floor it was silent, what a wonderful place to stay I will definetly be going back

"Excellent value for money"
We wanted to be close to Covent Garden and to the Palace, this hotel was ideal and fantastic value for money. Right next to the underground so we didn`t have to trawl our suitcases too far as we travelled by train to and from Wales.

"FANTASTIC HOTEL, BRILLIANT LOCATION"
We really enjoyed our stay @ this hotel. The view outside from our room wasn`t very good, but as we weren`t staying in the room all day that didn`t bother us. The important thing for us was our room was clean, brilliant air con, espcially as it was a hot weekend & the hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful & friendly. The hotel was ideal, very central for the places we wanted to visit.& very handy for any local shops, the underground & the theatres. Would definatley stay again.

Perfect location overlooking Trafalgar Square . We had a very quiet room on the 5th floor . The service was both friendly and attentive . Would recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again

This has to be one of the best located hotels in central London. Right by tube and station and a pleasant stroll from Covent garden, Trafalger square, Leicester square etc. great value for money and would certainly stay here again

"Great location for short break "
Well situated for most of the tourist attractions. Good deal on the room. Room ideal for a short stay. Although is was clean and serviceable the bathroom could do with refurbishing, but as we spent less than ten hours a night I. The hotel it didn`t bother us. Bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and water in the room.Reception area and staircase we very attractive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to train station but we didn`t hear any noise. Would use this hotel again for short break.

"Upgraded and well looked after "
A fantastic hotel. The moment we arrived we were treated brilliantly. It was our 10th wedding anniversary - but without actually mentioning that the receptionist was looking to see if she had "a better room for us"! We were upgraded to an executive room which was fabulous! To top it all they later sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room! Couldn`t love this place more!!!

What a lovely hotel. Staff were so polite and helpful. The room was lovely, so clean. Breakfast was great it set us up for the day. Great location with the theaters-covent garden-thames to name just a few all within easy walking distance.We had a wow of a wk end. Thank You

the only thing that let down the hotel was the fact the room still had evidence of the previous people.There was only one bath robe in the room and various compimentry items had been left used /half full on or around the sink, the room key and used note pads had been left on the side and there was an imprint ontop of the bed where someone had obviously laid and watched tv as the remote was next to the body imprint

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with excellent service and sparkling wine! The lady on reception couldn`t so enough for us. Our room was perfect with a lovely view, very very clean.
