"Shower issues"

The bathroom was very small and the shower tray did not drain properly. You needed to switch of shower during your shower so the tray did not overflow. We reported it to reception.

Room very dated in need of a refurbish. Clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. One was not enough and two too many! Close to Covent Garden which was what we needed. Friendly staff.

Perfect location 20 mins walk from St pancreas station and 30 mins to theatre. We didn`t get breakfast with our deal and or twin beds were a bit narrow, otherwise a good hotel.

This was a lovely hotel with lovely attentive staff who were so friendly and lending a helping hand when needed. Rooms were lovely and clean and well equipped. Service was excellent all round and we will definitely be staying here again and recommending to our friends. It was definitely value for money this holiday break with hotel, train fares and show included. Cannot wait to do again

Quite good location for the West End, took just 12 minutes to WALK to the Cambridge Theatre. In easy reach of Euston, too as we had included a trip to the Harry Potter Studios in our (hectic) 48 hours visit to London. Very good breakfast, lovely dining room, pleasant and well furnished room. It was a bit hot though! I`d book this hotel again!

my only comment would be that the bar prices in the hotel expensive I understand it is London! but when you walk 25 meters next door and get the same drinks for half price, so maybe the hotel may need to reconsider thier pricing policy.

"Wonderful 2 night stay"

We had booked 2 twin standard rooms for 2 nights and the rooms were perfect, beds comfortable, very clean and towels changed daily. Breakfast was good and the reception staff were so helpful and lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to assist with looking after cases and hailing taxis etc.. would recommend to friends and family as not too far from covent garden and tube stations for access to everything in London.

Convenient for shows and city, nice little hotel. Would say bedrooms are very warm, and the lift very small and slow. But good little hotel all the same

no restaurant. Wasn`t told that when booking. Staff were polite but not very friendly. Tables weren`t cleaned and the room tiny. The bed was smaller than a standard double, we were very uncomfortable.

Staff very helpful breakfast good rooms clean Only downfall on the television there was no sound on Bbc one and as we were in London to visit and attend a match at Wimbledon was very disappointing we couldn`t catch up with the tennis in our room

"A few problems"

The bedroom was very small, and had no Air Conditioner. The cooked breakfast was cold, including the plates. We left most of it. The staff were nice and friendly though and the Hotel is very central. We would come back but would have to have a larger room next time.

We used to enjoy the Thistle Hotels Our tiny room was so hot, No aircon, a fan left on the table. Hardly any fresh air to compensate. A very disappointing London escape
