"Good hotel in a nice area"

The hotel has good amenities (restaurant, etc). Room was small but clean and functional. Within 150m of Earl`s Court tube station and a number of good restaurants.

"Great staff great location next to earl`s court just 2minutes walking"

The room was small and the hairdryer did not work but when we ask in the reception that the hairdryer did not work they change us room to a much nicer room.the toilet was very clean in both rooms.the reception and restaurant is georgeous but the room is not what u expect from the overall hotel. In conclusion if u are looking for money value this hotel is good but do not expect a 3star hotel. Clean great location safe very safe area and friendly staff.

"Great location"

Great location, first impressions of ground floor very good but bedroom was disappointing. Two adults and two children in very small room, tiny window - too warm. Changed room after two nights - second bedroom much more comfortable.

"Rooms very small.Poor furniture and fixtures. Inadequate storage. No Aircon. No Fridge."

The location of this hotel is good particularly for Heathrow and the London Underground. We found that the accomodation did not match the brochure or website impressions. The hotel is a numberof Victorian houses joined and sub-divided with very small irregular shaped rooms and poor furnishings. The Lobby area is of a good standard but again is not representative of what lies beyond. The lift facility is inadequate with very long delays and the alternative of using the stairs is not suitable for any but the fittest due to shallow treads and very narrow corridors etc. A Hotel charging these rates and rated as three star should have refrigeration, air-con and much better standard fixtures and decor.

"Hotel Stay"

The outside of the hotel and lobby look great. But once you go up to your rooms, you will be unpleasantly surprised. The room was extremely small and not very accomodating. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was extremely small. The hotel lobby staff was friendly!

"overpriced"

The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very small & need updating & it was due to this fact that I found it well overpriced.

"Small room that was poorly ventilated"

Small room with poor ventilation. No security due to easy access to the room (152) from the street as the window lock was not operational. Internet access was $2 per hour with the speed dramatically reduced very qickly after initial log on and down load by the supplier to extend the load time of screens and hence total time used. Only used it for one hour and then went to Mc Donalds for free access at much much better speeds. Internet access a total rip off. Breakfast is vey expensive and poor compared with alternate breakfast venues locally. Mold in the small osuite. Tried to charge two pound to store my cases for one hour but relented when I complained. Staff generally efficient, room cleaning was prompt and despite the room effective.

"clean but very basic reception is awsome but rooms are below par"

The reception made us feel this was going to be a good hotel then we found our room! The room was small cramped and the bathroom was about 5ft x 5ft that being generous. The room had NO aircon and was like a sauna at night as we had to close the windows cos the staff sat outside smoking and talking in a loud way. The only way to keep cool was the noisey ceiling fan or the desk fan (even louder than the tv) the bed creaked everytime you moved so no hanky panky for us! or woke the other person up when shifting. I would say if you were going to an expo at earls court and you did not want to be intimate or cold this is ideal place. we had breakfast round the corner at the pub as the prices are way too high. 3star? i stayed at better B&B for half the price. i would not stay there again would rather pay more for aircon, good beds and a shower that heats in under 5mins. great location thats it.

"a little Gem"

This hotel was a little gem. Rooms were cosy and clean. The staff were efficient and helpful. Being within walking distance of Earls Court Station was also a bonus. The Resturant was superb. I have not had such a good meal of Indian quisine for ages. It was well served and the spices were used to enhance the flavour not overpower it. The price was also affordable and good value for money.

"Close to Underground. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Numerous restaurants nearby. "

Room was ready on arrival. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating ie booking taxi`s and conducting an internet search for some info I required. Clean towels supplied daily. Room was small but this was expected - as indicated on hotel website - perfectly adequate. Looking forward to returning to this hotel next year.

"Never again! Extra small rooms, awful beds, even smaller bathrooms.."

No seriously, this can`t be called a HOTEL. It`s like someone`s decided to squeeze in as much rooms as possible in the given space. The worse part is that when i booked the room, i saw a completely different room picture on the site (yeah typical). The rooms were so small it was ridiculous. Our friends got two beds instead of a double and the beds are the type with wheels so they actually slide once u sit on them! More than that, it was like sleeping on rocks as the mattresses are so old and of low quality i was aching every morning. My ribs were hurting.. And the bathrooms, oh my god! I couldn`t sit on the toilet seat. SO SMALL... and we paid around 100 pounds per room per night.. well, this can`t be worth more than 40. Honestly. I am not joking.

"Great location"

Great location and the price seemed reasonable if you don`t have really high expectations. Minor complaints: room was very small, the walls were thin, the guests in the next room noisy and the hot water was unpredictable. Despite this, I would stay there again because the price was reasonable.

On arrival we were greated by friendly staff, the hotel reception was very modern and very clean. The clenliness of the hotel was apparent throught out, the rooms where not the largest but very well kept with all you needed in a hotel room and most imprtantly to me where very clean. The staff were very helpfull and although i didnt have a meal in the hotel the food smelt wonderful.

"Great Time In Earls Court"

The Enterprise is a very short walk from the tube station at Earls court, with an impressive reception. The rooms are small which is all we required, because we were just resting our heads at night. rooms had great show and bath, also the indian food was out of this world, a must try if you stay at this hotel, would recommend this to any one

"We have stayed in a few hotels in the Kensington area and this is the only one we would return to. "

Competitively priced, clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the room was too warm even with the window open in midwinter.

"Comfortable room. Welcoming and polite staff."

Really nice hotel well situated for visits to Nat history/science/V+A museums and Albert Hall. Staff on reception very polite and welcoming and booking-in procedure was very efficient. Room was clean, tidy and well presented. Bed was comfortable, room warm and en-suite also very clean and hygienic with decent shower. Facilities such as tea and coffe and TV as one would expect. The only negative feedback for this hotel was that the continental breakfast was a little limited in its choices. Fresh fruit was a nice touch and the usual cereals, but there was only the choice of one cooked meat (ham) and a few small wrapped cheeses, so this was a little disappointing. However, the food that was provided was very nice and fresh, just could have had more choice. I would use this hotel again and would recommend it to others.
