"Comfortable, clean and friendly."
Had no idea what to expect at the xxxxxe xxxxx but it`s a decent hotel with well-kept rooms with really comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the concierge will quickly take care of any problems or questions you have. Breakfast was really good quality food, fresh and very tasty. And it`s in a good location for things like the O2 arena, Greenwich. Right next to the Emirates cable car too!

"Lovely stay"
I arrived on the Saturday and although check in was a little busy I did not have to wait long. I was told I was upgraded to an executive room which meant we had a kingsize bed. I was told there was a shower and no bath which was fine, however when I got into the room I noticed it was an accessible room and adapted for wheelchair users so the shower was not at all wait I expected as was a tiled floor with a curtain that went across the shower area. Unfortunately the water took a long time to drain and the floor area remained very wet for a long time. The room was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities and bathrobes were provided. Unfortunately the TV was not working in our room but this was fixed by our return from a night out. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again. The only issue I had was there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom as if there was a drainage problem.

"Great Place to Stay"
On arrival check in was smooth with no problems room was spacious and very clean hotel facilities were good and well organised. Food good and very good breakfast. Location was good easy access to any other location in London via public transport was close by. Cable car to Greenwich useful but closed due to bad weather however The Siemens Crystal building well worth a visit. Would definitely use hotel again

Enjoyed our stay for our silver wedding anniversary. Staff friendly and breakfast excellent. Convenient for DLR and Emirates Airline across to O2.

Great position with good view over the river. Clean rooms of a decent size. Would definitely recommend. Can go by cable car or tube to O2 and easily back by tube if going for an evening concert.

It was mine and my wife`s anniversary, and they really made it special. The room was lovely with a nice view. The staff friendly and accommodating. I wanted some flowers delivered at breakfast, and they were great with that. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you

"Business like and generally met expectations"
Genial and polite staff. Unfortunate error in allocating a room that was already occupied. Could have been embarrassing if guest had been in and a security risk. Second error of room key not working. Cursory apology but didn`t seek to make amends for the error and inconvenience. Hotel is otherwise functional and relatively clean but could do with steam cleaning of carpets.

"Good Location for O2 on Emirates Air-Line Cable Car"
Good location for 02, breakfast also good and staff helpful. The only negative the hotel reception area smells from Mens Toilets which I would have thought they would deal with!!

"Wonderful views and friendly staff"
Given a room with a view and was stunning. Breakfast was buffet style and included in our deal. This is an area for improvement I would point out. While plenty of good food (both hot/cold on offer), we did feel more in the way of the staff, we didn`t feel that this was a four star rating service. Main hotel staff couldn`t have been more helpful and our room/bathroom was spotless. This was a birthday treat for my husband and we would stay again but could we request more than one packet of biscuits and extra milks etc...simple things. Really pleasant stay overall.

"Spacious and smart hotel in a good location"
Well located with good transport links via DLR. The local area has undergone regeneration and is impressive. Staff were friendly and helpful. One small problem. We checked in early and, understandably, are rooms were not ready but were allocated to us. When we returned to pick up our keys the rooms had been allocated to someone else. As we had already given credit card details this caused problems when trying to charge items to our room.

Every member of staff we met went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, especially a young lady on reception of Friday 26th April and all the waiting staff both days for breakfast. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay

"Lived up to it`s regal name!"
From the moment we arrived and until check out we were impressed with the service from all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly. The twin room we had looked out the front to the Gondola and O2 lovely view on a sunny morning. The room had 2 5 foot beds lots of space, great. This hotel was well located for the gondola 50 metres away. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, cooked items, decent juice, plenty of choice for cereals, good quality decaffeinated coffee. Pool clean and lovely temperature. All in all a good find and would return.

1 minor gripe !!! The supply of coffee and tea was not replenished , but house keeper soon rectified this , hopefully we will return ( if the price is right !!!)

No Help with luggage, the bed was too small 4ft 6" and the quilt just fitted and very thin, The bath was very unsafe, no safety mat or handrails (this is very unusual in any grade of hotel) The mini bar was a free standing fridge with very limited stock. The reception area smelt of chlorine from the swimming pool and was very unpleasant. Not one of our better stays at xxxxxe xxxxxs it didnt even match Holiday Inn Express. We will not be returning to this Hotel.

Fantastic hotel and great value for money when booked through Hotel Direct... Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed for 5 nights - all staff were really courteous and friendly - always ready to help. Rooms we stayed in was fab - overlooking dock. Beds were very comfortable!

Hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly, curteous and helpful. All the ameneties you require are close to hand including the station Royal Victoria which was 5 mins walk away. Highly recommend
