We were really happy with our stay at your hotel. Room was lovely, the location for what we had to do was first rate. The breakfast was superb and presented really well. Staff great too. Thank you and if we are ever your way again, we will stay with you. In the meantime, we will be recomening you to our friends and family.

"Friendly and efficient"

We enjoyed our stay. Particularly impressed with the level of sound proofing. The runway is just across the road and we didn`t hear anything.

Having booked a double and recieved a twin I rang on 4 occaisions to complain! I was assured someone would ring back on three occasions and you failed! Never use you again!

Very pleased with the clean, comfortable room. Food good. Quick bus link to airport stops at hotel entrance. Would definitely stay again.

"We were very impressed with the staff and service provided"

Check in was very fast and the room was above average. We dined there at the buffet which we could not fault and enjoyed a buffet breakfast the following morning. We were also offered a late check out (2.00pm) at no extra cost. We would make particular mention of a staff member named Gemma who was most helpful

"Two Holiday Inns makes for muddle!"

(1) 2 HI close to each other even fooled my SatNav. (2) Car park charges were not clearly spelled out (3) Beef at the buffet was VERY tough. (4) Staff were polite & sympathetic. Even so, not a good stay.

"Poor customer service"

First when I arrived I was attended by a very grumpy desk assistant that when to provide me with a key that didn`t open my assigned room. It was followed by assigning the wrong room. When I requested information about a close by BAA official building they did not know where it was and say they could not use the internet as their computer did not work. So just make up your mind, but I was not happy

"Accommodation was excellent, and staff helpful and attentive. Restaurant disappointed."

I entertained my son and his partner. The buffet meal was very disappointing. The food had been on display under the lights too long. Vegetables had deteriorated, and the savoury pastry had dried. Breakfast, on the other hand, was good. The problem was not the kitchen but the restaurant management.

"Booking is for 15th December 2009"

I would give you some feedback if my booking wasn`t for the 15th December. I have noticed these mistakes right across the board. ie flights, hotels, gas companys, telephone companys hospitals ets. Why don`t you go back and cheque your details because not paying attention to detail will put people off. Im already thinking "does this booking exist" so could you give me some feed back?

"unable to get meals, no fridge in room & charged us for keeping food in another fridge"

checked in at midday with kids.Told breakfast was over & no lunch. Could not get meals for the kids and had to go out to eat even though all we wanted was to rest before our connecting flight later that same evening. Their standard room had no refridgerator. We paid for the night though we were only staying for some hours yet they charged us for keeping kids yoghurt in another fridge for two hours knowing we were checking out shortly. They were generally rigid and unfriendly especially if compared against the service we got in the United States. Highly disappointed.

"The Hotel was clean, tidy and well maitained. "

The only hard part was finding it, with all the Holiay Inn`s in and around Heathrow airport, it took the taxi driver two goes to find it. That was after showing him the address from the email. Recommend extending the name of each Holiday Inn to help avoid this, ie Holiday Inn, Swan Road and Holiday Inn M4.

"God value accom. so close to Heathrow. Friendly and efficient staff. Food good but a little pricey."

Quiet, clean and well furnished. Had to leave at 5.00am but food not available until 06.00am. Car parking good but extra £10.00. Not easy to find for first time drivers as we were directed to another nearby Holiday Inn at Heathrow! A pity that there is only a charged wi fi for internet! Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

My stay was merely in transit on a total journey from Bahrain to the Lake District. The timing of arrival at Heathrow and my onward journey was such that I required a stayover. I made no use of facilities other than a room and bed. Both were clean and very comfortable and I had a good short sleep and rest. My experience of the hotel is therefore very limited, however the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The location and accommodation fitted my requirements admirably.

"My booking was very nearly disastrous: directions wrong and then suggestion all rooms already full"

The directions were to the wrong Holiday Inn at Heathrow (there are 4) and then they told me that all rooms were taken, despite my confirmed reservation - luckily one was still available on further checking - not a welcome experience aftyer a long late flight

I was very disappointed with the dinner menu - which only gave the choice of Indian food in the carvery or a bar menu. Unfortunately the Directions on the booking form took me to the wrong Holiday Inn and I had to pay £12 for a taxi. The taxi driver said this was a regular occurence. In the circumstances, I feel a reimbursement of this amount should be given and I look forward to hearing from you.
