"Very good stay for a fair rate"

I was on a very short tourist visit and I found everything I needed in the hotel: clean and quiet room with a bathroom, comfrotable bed, very good rate. The location is great - close to the underground station and full of life King`s street with pubs, restaurants and shops if you want to do an evening shopping before going home - you find there the most popular brands without the crowd which is in Oxford street. Good breakfast to start a day. Helpful staff.

Have just stayed at the hotel for one night white attending a nearby concert and found it to be clean, very comfortable and well presented. The rooms were good value for money and the breakfast was excellent. Possibly the best part is that the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. If staying in this area again I would definitely book again. After staying in a Hilton hotel before these guys win hands down for friendliness. Thanks

"perfect for 2 night stay"

Family room comfortable size. Seperate toilet helps. Breakfast as good as expected for warm buffet. Staff really nice. All facilities clean and tidy. Hammersmith has good shopping and underground 5-10 minutes walk from hotel.

"ENJOYED OUR STAY!!"

CHECK IN WAS QUICK, PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN LONDON, ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS, NICE TO HAVE TEA AND COFFEE FACILITIES IN ROOM, BREAKFAST WAS FINE, WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AND PUBS AND SHOPS AROUND THIS AREA OF HAMMERSMITH. THANK YOU FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY.

"Excellent value for money"

My sister and I along with our 2 teenage daughters stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during a theatre break. The cost for 2 nights was great value. Yes the room was quite small but we were not in it long as was just a base. It has easy access into London centre and Hammersmith had some good shops and a Primark... A must for teenagers. The breakfast was free for all and was more than sufficient for a good start for the day. Helpful staff and plenty of free tea, coffee. Not very central but for the money paid great value. Nice clean hotel

"Worth the money we paid"

Rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast is sparse. Sausages, beans and scrabbled egg. Usual continental range. Beans were luke warm and scrabbled egg ruuny. However staff helpful and friendly.

"Brilliant hotel in a great location. "

Reception staff were fantastic. Always ready to help and greet with you with smiles. Nothing was too much of a probelm for them. Family room was very large and spacious and nicely decoarated and equipped. Unlimited complimentary tea/coffee/milk/sugar etc. Breakfast was filling, hot and tasty. Hotel was located close to the tube and had several good restaurants and pubs within a short distance. Will be recommending this hotel to family and friends and will definitely stay here again when next visiting London.

"A very comfortable stay, your staff were very accommodating and friendly, would stay again"

Unfortunatly the Hotel was quite hard to find, even our London cabbie had problems, the address we were giveb was 120-124 King Street, Hammersmith, which proved to be a shop. Thankfully we came by cab if we had traveled by tube, we would never have found it. That said, once there, the hotel itself was of an excellent standard, the rooms were clean and accomodating and the staff extremely helpfull. thank you

Wouldn`t hesitate to stop again..warm clean spacious room.comfy bed ..breakfast lovely too..ideal place to stop. Underground 5min walk away...10min to central London on underground.

Fantastic hotel. Modern and clean. Great location. Shops and restaurants near by and short walk from Underground. Staff are lovely and couldn`t be more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

"Good Location"

Hotel was well located for central London in a lovely shopping area. Hotel is built on top of a Weatherspoons pub so nice & handy for a night cap. Area was nice & quiet so got a good night`s sleep. Breakfast was good. Only thing missing was the bacon.

"Fantastic Experience"

I had such a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Hammersmith. I was exhibiting at Olympia and managed to walk to the hotel even though the staff at the hotel were kind enough to give me bus details. Check in was easy and they kindly rang me after I had settled in to check that I was ok. A taxi was ordered for me for the next morning - the staff and in particular Dania were superb. I will be back!

"2 night stay "

A fantastic hotel and location for a London stay. The welcome was fantastic the staff very friendly and they ensure you have exactly what you need there`s a pub on the corner and lots if restaurants and shops everything you need and a small walk from the underground. Stay here you won`t regret it

"Cleanliness"

Exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Food good, facilities good and hotel situated in ideal place, quiet enough for a good nights sleep but also close to amenities and transport options. Overall, a pleasant stay had by myself, wife and 2 teenage sons.

"Great hotel, friendly staff"

Stayed for a weekend. A good hotel in a good location with easy access to the tube at Hammersmith. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed as a family of four and whilst the room was a bit cramped as the children were on a pull out sofa, it was perfectly adequate. A very good hotel for the price.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful check in staff, spacious, clean and quiet rooms and efficient breakfast service. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a decent hotel in the Hammersmith area.

"Friendly staff, Good location"

Staff very friendly and polite. Location is outside of main tourist attractions but easily accessible from Hammersmith tube & bus station. Just under a 10 minute walk. Room was compact as we had children with us but was OK for 1 night stay. Complimentary breakfast is good.

"Good hotel for the money!"

Clean rooms, comfy beds & pillows, friendly staff, plenty for breakfast from the Buffet. The only negative was the noise from the pub next door and the drunken smokers that were very noisy and kept us awake on the Saturday night.

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Close to Tube stations and a quiet location (for London). Staff were all very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

"Very warm welcome!All of the staff we came across were very welcoming, helpful and smiley."

This is just what it says on the tin--Holiday Inn Express--We stayed 1night in a twin bedded room which had everything we needed --very comfortable beds--plenty of hot water --hospitality tray and a decent free breakfast. The approach to the hotel was very pretty just off busy main rd in Hammersmith. 10 minute walk from tube and bus station --plenty of bars and restaurants around. Would stay there again.
