Great stay for our weekend of fun! We walked through the xxxxx to Oxford street before tackling the underground! The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the station to go on your adventures. Good clean well equipped room, lovely wet room, comf...ish bed, ( well no bed is like your own!) great breakfast, great service and everything was spotless. What more could you want! We would stay there again.

Hotel next to xxxxx xxxxx. Also next to Lancaster Gate tube - easy access. Room was compact but all amenities and very comfortable.

"Breakfast ad location excellent for our plans, easy access to Tude services"

Overall service and accommodation good, shower ( wet room style) tended to make the bathroom floor excessively wet and unpleasant to use for other issues.

"For one night only"

The hotel was adequate for my daughter and me as just staying for one night, wouldnt have wanted to stay in room for longer as too small and bathroom really tiny, could just about get in it!! Otherwise all good and the breakfast was great, buffet and loads to choose from, would i stay again, probably yes but for one night only.

After seeing the room we paid for we upgraded to a superior for an extra £35 each room which we felt should have been what we`d originally booked. The rooms need attention especially the bathrooms. Also the corridor had work being done to it and had plastic trip hazard flooring everywhere. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The hotel is in a great location too.

Good location by tube, bus, xxxxx xxxxx, shops. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Our room was very small and fittings poor - doors on wardrobe and on shower were damaged. Bathroom had clear glass door so no privacy in shower or on toilet. Comfy bed. Quiet location. Hotel n in need of some TLC, especially as NOT CHEAP!

"Be careful when choosing room rate !"

Because we were travelling as mum and 2 teenagers , I was put in a room as small as a cupboard as I was classed as single, the staff were brilliant tho and upgraded me for free to a economy double but this too was very small with bed pushed against wall, I went and complained again offered to pay extra for a better room. Eventually for £35 I was given superior double which was just a normal but nice double hotel room! So beware of cheap offers , you get what you pay for!

Lovely hotel I just didn`t expect to have to sleep next to wall as double bed against wall and just a bit awkward in shower/bath as a boxed in piece above bath made it difficult to shower Otherwise had a lovely stay nice friendly staff lovely breakfast and nice and clean Thankyou xx

"Not 4*"

There is no way this hotel could be classed as 4*. The decor was old and shabby, our room was threadbare, the bathroom was tiny and smelled awful and the "curtains" were wooden sliding doors and the carpet was threadbare. The staff, however, were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was nice. I am just very disappointed, as a 4* hotel was what we booked, and this definitely was not 4* standard.

WE had a problem with the first room we received, but the hotel staff had no problems in moving us to a more suitable room without any fuss. It was nice to see this, so often this is not the case!!

Great food and reasonably priced, hotel tired but looked as if being refurbed (March 2016) Room small but comfortable, location fantastic for Royal Albert Hall and History/science museums. Would use again for price we paid (£100/double b&b)

"Lush hotel"

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with room key so they upgraded us. Nothing too much trouble. Thanks Antonio for the upgrade and your help. Would recommend this hotel every time!! Also good position. xxxxx xxxxx opposite. 15 minute walk to Oxford Street. Excellent.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the xxxxx at xxxxx xxxxx. the room was clean and all we needed. The staff were welcoming on reception and very helpful. The Hotel had great access to the tube and just opposite xxxxx xxxxx, it was a great location for us.

"Worn and dated"

Foyer amazing room disappointing, fan could be heard somewhere all night, toilet seat missing rubber stoppers all in all in need of some tlc very average room for the reputation this hotel had. Great location and great breakfast though. You would think would want to impress on your first stay.

Excellent breakfast, friendly service, well insulated so very little traffic noise BUT 2 of the 3 lifts were not working causing frequent queues, bedroom disappointing with double bed pushed against the wall due to lack of space, cleanliness not of expected standard and mould above window.

"Excellent value for money"

Booked two rooms as a `Hidden Gem` hotel. Good location, not far from Lancaster Gate tube station. Staff were helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast was good also. Overall, satisfied but the rooms were quite disappointing for a four star hotel. At the price I paid, this was excellent value but in view of the not so nice rooms I wouldn`t have been happy to pay at the full rate.

"Great Hotel"

We are always a little worried about the theatre deals in case one side of the deal isn`t as good as we would have liked, but in this instance the whole hotel/theatre trip was outstanding value for money. The xxxxx hotel near xxxxx xxxxx actually overlooks the xxxxx. It is very near Lancaster Gate tube station. The hotel was clean and very welcoming and the staff were extremely polite. Our twin bedded room was quite spacious and very clean with good lighting options (so many hotels love the "dimmed lights" look). The breakfast price was included and the food was superb - with an egg chef who did fantastic omlettes for us. Again the serving staff were polite. We will return to this hotel again for our next trip and recommend it to others

Hotel was ok reception staff very good ,the rest of the staff not very good. Felt rushed when we was eating our breakfast and some of the staff were quite rude and it did stain our break slightly 5 out 10.

"Excellent hotel"

Hotel is right outside xxxxx xxxxx with the stunning surroundings to walk about and take in all the lovely animals and birds that live there including Parakeets taht live there in large numbers and are quite tame, i contacted the hotel as it was a double birthday celebration and was given an upgrade. Check in was great and in rooms were a bowl of fruit and a card for the birthday boys, room was large with coffee machine, kettle, biscuits,water, dressing gowns,slippers,safe ironing board, kettle, teas ,coffee, everything you could want, shower or bath with toiletries, towels all plump and soft, bed was nice had a great nights sleep, breakfast in morning was lovely, all juices, coffee, tea, full english with two types of sausages and an egg station with a chef for all your egg needs, cereals,fruit,yoghurt all included and even noddles and a curry if you so desired, wish we could have spent more time here well worth a stay in this lovely friendly hotel, will come back here in a moment,

The hotel was handy for doing a lot of sight seeing , just round the corner from a tube station which was the easiest way to get to the theatre, and you can walk through xxxxx xxxxx to get to the museums and harrords.
