Getting there:
METRO: Closest station is Hospital Clinic on Blue Line 5. Exit station onto Rossello street, and walking towards hospital turn left onto Villaroel Street. Follow this street for 4 blocks up to Avda. Diagonal, and you will see the Hotel across the street.
City Tax: The authorities in Barcelona have levied a tourist tax of 0.72 Euro per person per day (maximum 7 day charge) which is payable at the hotel on arrival and not included in the above room rate.

"clean and tidy"
advertised as hot buffet breakfast which was not the case, cold buffet was served with option to order hot food from menu.I ordered omlette with bacon and sausage which arrived with the bacon and sausage looking like it was put on the plate raw.It looked totally discusting and uneatable.We had breakfast elsewhere the next day.

"Clean, friendly, well furnished, cool"
We enjoyed our stay very much. Good to have breakfast up to 11 pm, with lots of choice. Our room (603) was quite noisey if we wanted it to be cool, as it was near to the air conditioning machine outside, so I had to use ear-plugs for the whole stay. I did however, sleep very well. The bathroom had a leak, but staff were quick to respond once I had reported it. I asked for extra pillows at reception, and they had arrived before I got back to my room. The hotel had everything we needed, and i would stay again if I got a room at the back, as I think the front rooms might have been noisey due to traffic. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pleasant comfortable rooms. Only complaint "would not cook us some bacon for breakfast" Good taxi service in the City.Great sightseeing places. Would love to go back again. Staf very nice but did not know that there was an Irish bar just around the corner.

"A really good city centre hotel."
Paying in advance at the time of booking suited me, as I was making a very early departure the next day - but not too early for a really good breakfast, served from 7 am, which was much appreciated.
