The hotel is modern and the rooms af a large size (beds very large). Friendly staff and very clean. Excellent location for the City wanderer as you are right in the centre of it all. The lighting in the rooms could be brighter especially in the bathrooms.

"VERY SMART MODERN CLEAN HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF, GOOD LOCATION"
Only problem experienced was that as reported to reception, the BBC World service on the TV had a frozen picture on all 4 days that we were there

"Great location, clean, good 4star, friendly and helpful staff."
Perfect location if looking for a quiet part of the city but not far walking distance from the main tube stop / hustle of Madrid! Nice, clean and well decorated hotel. Fridge and safe in room. Window in room looked out onto a wall, but it kept it quiet and if all you need is a nice clean room to sleep in then its perfect! Room is cleaned every morning too, which is lovely to come back to after a busy day. Room was set up as 2singles and we were looking for a double, but they quickly joined them into a king size which was fine. Would recommend this hotel and would go back. Thanks!

"Hotel good but there was no bar spa solarium disco or casino"
The hotel has an onsite bar serving a variety of refreshments throughout the day and into the evening. Treat yourself at the spa and solarium, or explore the cultural sites of Madrid with the hotels onsite car rental desk. If you`re looking for some excitement in the evenings, step into the hotel disco and casino or the trendy clubs of Madrid, which are within easy reach of the hotel.

"Very disappointed ."
The hotel itself is down a very dirty side road. scaffolding around most of the building.The town stairs reception area and bar area were decorated to a very high standard but the room we had which was on the 8th floor looked out onto a building site, the room was very small, the bed was supposed to be king size and was not much bigger than a single bed. The skirtings boards were very dirty, and even the bathroom looked very nice at first glance was quite dirty, lots of mildrew. One mirror which was of average size and was found in the bathroom. All in all I would mark this hotel a 3star at a push. Will not be using your website again to book another break.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the disappointment you experienced with regards to the room that was allocated to you. Really your room looked out onto a building site but to Madrid skyline too and we have rooms with terraces in higher floors. Being a style boutique hotel our rooms sizes and styles do vary and I am sorry that this information was not given to you at the time of booking, however all rooms have double king size beds or twin queen size beds.I was particularly concerned to read of your comments with our cleanliness standards, certified by Q mark for Spanish Tourist Quality, a quality mark granted by the Institut

"We were moved to the sister hotel so I have no comments on the hotel."
We obviously had a problem on being moved to another hotel as soon as we arrived, luckily the other hotel proved to be very nice.
