"staff at Mayorazgo"
All the staff at the Mayorazgo were all very friendly kind helpful,making our stay very comfortable & pleasant.The hotel has a happy & welcoming atmosphere.The lady which saw to rooms 2,6,7 & 12 was hard working ,always pleasant and willing to help.We did however find the hotel noisy very early on (6am)with staff preparing for a days work ahead. There was a lot of banging,talking etc.

"Good location, clean rooms, good level of decor."
We found the hotel to be in a good location, fair breakfast, clean rooms with good decor.Minus points for us, no pool, thin walls meant you could hear other guests in adjacent rooms.The staff all seemed friendly and helpful, we would definately consider using this hotel on future trips to Madrid.
