"Perfect location"

We have had a wonderful break this hotel was perfect for us, the location, food and especially the staff were exeptional we would definitely stay here again.

"The perfect hidden gem"

A Superb hotel, staff are so accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is the best ever in a relaxed atmosphere. Will always try to stay at this hotel when booking a theatre break.

"JUST PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!"

Best London hotel break I have experienced. Staff friendly and efficient,beautiful hotel even got upgraded to a larger room. Hotel location just brilliant. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We hope to return.

"Lovely hotel"

Ideally placed near city hot spots and parks, the xxxxx Mayfair was comfortable, to a high standard, and welcoming. The room was superb and we enjoyed a quiet restful sleep after a busy day. The staff are friendly and helpful (a sometimes overlooked but, in my experience, important factor with hotel stays).A really enjoyable stay and we`re looking forward to visiting again.

A very lovely hotel in a fantastic location. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel and ticket offer was great value, although as with most hotels very very over priced for food and drink.

"Great room excellent service "

What a great hotel the staff where very attentive nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early but this wasn`t a problem. The buffet style breakfast catered for everyone and was plenty full. Would defiantly stay there again was a real welcoming atmosphere. Don`t change anything it`s perfect. Would recommend this to all my friends.

"Very comfy!"

The room was really nice and the bed was enormous ! We ate in the restaurant , in the evening and had an excellent meal .Food and service was really good. Overall we had a superb time over Valentines weekend .

"Needs more works to really qualify for 4 stars"

Only on lift working servicing 7 floors, very small vestibule area around lift suitable for about 5/6 people so got very cramped waiting for the one lift in operation. Concierge desk invariably empty. Check in/out staff extremely helpful and diligent. Restaurant food and staff faultless. Room was ok, but showed definite signs of age, cracked sealings around bath/sink areas, bath robes should have beed replaced years ago. Doors of rooms slammed shut as they had no `thingy` to slow their closure. Overall room clean and linen fresh, but no more than one would expect from a 3 star. Tea/coffee making facilities don`t justify the extra star.

"First time there."

An excellent place to stay, close to all you need. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We had our evening meal and it was super value - and breakfast was brilliant and presentation great. Well recommended.

"Very convenient location."

Lovely room, clean and everything you need. Lotions in bathroom etc. staff really friendly and helpful. But do check as the night we stayed we couldn`t use the lounge area as there was a party booked in. The lounge area wasn`t as attractive as it could have been unfortunately.

A great hotel in a perfect location for the theatre, underground and shopping. Accommodation was fantastic, food was brilliant and the staff extremely polite. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

"Good value well situated hotel"

Only a couple of niggles,breakfast was hit and miss with food running out and know one really in charge .It should not be down to the guest to tell them the trays are all empty, it`s basic stuffConcierge was rude when we arrived but he was the only one as all the staff were really niceWould stay again but the management need to up their game and train the staff I would suggest they look at how the cavendish run their hotel as its spot on

"Not the bargain it seemed"

Warm greeting, room not very inspiring. Cushion on bed had a dirty cover,curtains had stains on them,bed had a broken wooden slat and there was a quilt underneath the bed. The metal strip between bathroom and room was loose. The kettle had a tea bag in it and where or where were the biscuits? The hotel is busy updating some rooms and have forgotten about there customers!

"lovely Hotel"

We were very impressed with the hotel our room was very nice we loved the décor the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good with lovely staff. We would definitely stay there again .

"Great value"

Although the hotel was undergoing some refurbishment, our stay was very good. Location is excellent in the heart of Mayfair, staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we would certainly return to this hotel again.

"booking a twin means a twin"

this would have all been OK but the hotel had not provided for a twin as booked and we had to wait for the room to be correctly prepared. The mini bar and hotel prices and extreme and unless you have money to burn, do not go anywhere near the mini bar. My idea of 4* and this hotels idea of 4* is somewhat different and an excuse of "well thats London for you" is not acceptable

"Fabulous base for a fantastic weekend."

Stayed at The xxxxx for a theatre trip weekend. Myself and my girlfriend enjoyed every second of the time in London. Lovely,stylish room with a huge comfortable bed and ice cold air con. Just around the corner from Green Park tube and a pleasant walk to Picadilly Circus and on to Soho or Covent Garden. Breakfast was amazing...so much so we didn`t need lunch. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great night in London.

"Fabulous hotel, with wonderful staff, I could not fault it."

Fantastic centrally located hotel, with provides luxurious accommodation, with excellent staff. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable, with everything in good working order. I could not fault it. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

hotel OK apart from extremely squeaky floorboards in rooms and corridors. In supposedly delux twin the bathroom layout was ridiculous, washbasin behind door, only accessible with door closed not ideal for a couple

We were staying on the first floor up, at front of the hotel, and the road was very noisy, and people stood by the rent a bikes were very loud til 1 ish in the morning.The room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent, but the noise pollution terrible

Reception, Concierge, Restaurant, Room Service and facilities all so helpful and attentive, nothing is too much trouble for the colleagues at this hotel.

Great location, ideally located for green park tube station,Piccadilly shops, theatre, restaurants. Hotel staff were. Very friendly & helpful. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. Wpd definately stay there again .

Very nice hotel but just a couple of quibbles. There was no hairdryer in the room and one of the tiles in the bathroom was broken
