"Noisy vent outside room preventing sleep."
Had to change room for the second night, as my mum did not sleep at all. As this trip was her birthday weekend to celebrate her 82nd birthday this was hardly ideal. On the positive , however we were able to change room for the second night.
The hotel was well located for our theatre trip and breakfast was good. I would hesitate to stay here again due to the noise problem.

Cant praise the hotel enough. From entering the hotel was treated like royalty by the staff. nothing was to much trouble for them. The rooms and the hotel were both excellent. Would definetly stay there again.

The xxxxx xxxxx was exactly what we hoped to crown off our theatre weekend. A spot of luxury managed from start to finish by a team of friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend it
