"Nice hotel"
Rooms are a bit dark, but.comfortable, the prices for any drink in the bar are ridiculous, coffee, soft drink or alcoholic. Breakfast was in incuded in our stay price, good job as I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the price they charge for what you get.

"No better than a Premier Inn"
Room tiny, bathrobe stained, bar bill contested, breakfast over cooked and cold, badly behaved drunken guests not dealt with.

"Good experience"
Lovely stay and staff were very friendly and helpful but the bathroom is desperate for a make over. Breakfast was ok...not brilliant. Pastry and eggs weren`t up to standard. But the bed and pillows are really comfy. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Rooms are nice and quiet although the air conditioning is to noisy to sleep with it on. The corridors look a bit tired and could do with some pictures

"Ideal Location for London Visit."
Excellent hotel, staff very helpful. Breakfast menu couldn`t be faulted, with plenty of healthy food options! Would stay there again without hesitation.

"Superb location"
Great location,right in the centre of the action.
Check in smooth and efficient,we arrived before 12noon and our room was ready.
The room was on the front,on the second floor,overlooking Piccadilly.It was a Deluxe room,with a Queen size bed,very comfortable .
The restaurant is on the second floor on the front.There was plenty of choice of food,and a good standard.Lively atmosphere.
The staff are very friendly and efficient.We would certainly go back.

A lovely hotel perfectly situated for all the sites of London The accommodation was first class with staff having excellent customer service skills Breakfast could have been warmer but overall a great stay

"50th Golden Anniversary "
Very basic room. Nothing done to make us feel this was a special occasion. Staff very helpful and polite but if we were to celebrate a special occasion again, I doubt if would come to your hotel again

"Birthday treat "
On first appearance, hotel looked lovely. Room was OK, nice comfy bed, but bathroom not up to standard at all. Cracked tile on the floor and the shower was broken. Just a trickle of water but howling out the back of the fitting and flooded the floor!!! Breakfast not a good experience either. Cold and took too long to replenish everything. Not worth the money.
