Getting there:
BY RAIL: From Kilburn Park: exit station right, and take any of the following buses that stop directly opposite the hotel: 16,32,189 or 316 from Kilburn Station to Cricklewood Broadway (4 stops).
BY ROAD: From the M1 - Exit 1 (Staples Corner), follow signs for A5 Kilburn/Cricklewood.
Kilburn Tube Station: 10 minute walk from hotel. Exit station left, walking straight, up Shoot-Up Hill towards Cricklewood Broadway. The hotel is located on the right hand side of road.

Nice hotel. Quite a trek from the nearest tube station so would recommend an oyster card so that you can jump on a bus to the station!

"Location"
The Hotel was very clean, smart and well staffed but the location of the hotel was a little undesirable. We paid for a breakfast buffet in which we expected to have a cooked breakfast included but it was at an extra cost which we were not informed about when checking in.

"Overall - a lovely hotel"
I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. Just a couple of `niggles` which I think could be sorted easily - some of the rooms are looking a little tired and in the room I stayed in the shower head was broken - this really should have been repaired before letting the room out again. Also, the heating in the first room we were allocated was far too hot. After someone came to fix it, it was still roasting and so had to be moved rooms. However - that said, I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful, comfortable, friendly hotel.

"Very generous room for a London 4 Star. "
A much smarter than I had expected. A huge bedroom. No mini bar, which was a shame. No window, which if we were staying longer would have been a problem but for one night was fine. We slept so well as we were in total darkness & it was dead quiet. Sink plug got stick but house keeping arrived within moments of calling reception which was impressive. We oversept but it wasn`t a problem as for £10/hr you can extend check out.

Very nice, friendly reception staff. Nice sized room but disappointed with the room location which was below ground overlooking the pool. I would have preferred a room with natural light and ventilation. The noise of the pool pump didn`t help with getting a good nights sleep.
