"NICE STAY"

COMFORTABLE BEDS, CLEAN, 10 MIN FROM KILBURN TUBE (WITH THE BUS!). THE LATE 2PM CHECK-IN WAS BAD FOR US SINCE WE GOT THERE AT 11 AM, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE AT THE RECEPTION AND CAME BACK LATER. WOULD GO BACK. THE HOTEL HAS WEDDING SPECIALS FOR THE WEEK-END, SO THERE IS A LOT OF NOISE AND MOVEMENT TILL THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING ON THE WEEK-END.

"Had a pleasent but not so restful stay."

Hotel clean, beds comfortable, pillows excellent, however room was very hot and noisy as it faced the main road and window was not sealed sufficiently. Breakfast offers good choice and sets you up for the day. The hotel is an easy but 10 minute walk from kilburn tube station, we chose to walk however buses run frequently. If I were to stay again I would ask for a room away from the main road.

Extremely nice hotel - very clean & staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is great too if you want to have dinner there. Location is a little bit out of the way but not too much - easy to navigate to and from with regular train services from nearby cricklewood station and hotel only 5 min walk. Excellent hotel.

Very easy to get to with buses and tubes running regularly.hotel itself was lovely and clean and staff helpful . If I go to London again I will definitely stay there again.

"A comfortable stay in a reasonable location."

We generally enjoyed our stay at the Crown Moran. The staff, without exception, were superb. Their attitude and attentiveness cannot be faulted. The room was serviced every day to a very high standard, and the food on offer was very good. However, we were annoyed that we lost access to BBC because of the digital switch-over. Surely you had enough notice to put that right well in advance?

"Value for money...Friendly Staff...Clean.."

This is the second time ive stayed at this hotel and have no complaints. The hotel is a great base for anyone visiting london or going to gig at wembley. Buses stop right outside hotel (extremely regular bus service & a 24hr service also) and just a few stops leave you at kilburn tube station. Staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms spotless and beds really comfy. Would definately recomend this hotel to anyone that doesnt mind not staying bang in the city centre.

"Bautiful Room"

The room as well as the whole hotel was immaculate! Very high standard and the food was amazing too! As well as the gorgeous breakfast, we ate in the hotel a couple of times and thouroughly enjoyed it! Would definetly stay again!

this hotel was in an ideal area, tubes and buses very accessilbe. Plenty of local eateries and bars for evening entertainment if required. The hotel extremely clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. No complaints.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly. Room clean and in good condition.One comment. Our room (260) had a connecting door to the next room. Although this was locked it did allow too much noise through. We could clearly hear spoken conversations from the people next door.

"Fantastic"

Allowed to book in 4 hours ahead of check in time. Staff were friendly, rooms comfortable, beds were a dream to sleep in. Great breakfast. Location was good just outside is the bus stop which takes you anywhere and buses every 2 mins. will stay here again!

Great Hotel - Great value, rooms great size and very clean, breakfast good, reception staff very friendly, but always a long wait to be served at the bar also on the 3 mornings cleaning staff entered our room between 8 and 8.30 while we were sleepingBit far out of London - spent alot of money on Taxis which were always different prices not much to do in Cricklewood and only the Hotel to eat in other than fast food but overall good

"What a gem !!!!"

We enjoyed everyminute of our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal for us ( just off M1). The room was very clean & tidy & all the staff were extremely freindly & helpfull. I have stayed in a number of hotels in and around London before & I have to say that for value for money this beats everything I have stayed in by a mile.The food was also excellent.The only thing I think could be improved is that maybe the TV`S in the room could do with an upgrade, but as we were not in the room that often this wasn`t a major problem. Transport into the centre of London was so easy. A 5 minute busy ride to Kilburn tube station & then a 15 minute tube ride, so easy.I would definately visit this hotel again & I have already recomended it to people as a must if they are visiting London.It was the icing on the cake of a lovely week in London.

Great hotel great staff, only disappointment was that the main restaurant was closed Sunday night though the bar food was good just wanted the ambience and occasion of the restaurant, it would have rounded off a great weekend as didn`t visit restaurant previous night as it was to late when got back from the show.

Very satisfied with our visit and would choose to stay again. Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and catered to our every requirement. The tube station was a little further away than expected but did not affect our visit to this excellent hotel.

the staff were all very friendly and helpful; the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and up to date; the breakfast was good & the location was very convenient (189) bus right outside the hotel straight into the West End. Clearer information on how to turn off the noisy air conditioning would have been appreciated, but we worked it out on the 2nd night.
