"Good Comfortable Stay "

We stayed here for one night as we were attending a function at the hotel. The room was as would be expected for the hotel. bed was fine and comfy, plenty of pillows. Bathroom had a full-sized bath that you could stretch out in. Pool area is nice and even though not well used is kept warm, however they do not have a sauna as stated. Breakfast was nice, but I am not too sure if it is worth £14.95 a head, ours was included in cost of room so was fine. Would stay again if we have a function in the hotel and recommend if you are attending the hotel for a function but a bit far out for sight-seeing in London. Ideal for Wembley and the arena.

We likes staying in this hotel it was right in town centre lots of shops near by rooms were clean. Will come back again.

Hotel was lovely, but room was cold. Told reception who said they would send someone with a heater but never received it. Had to sleep with jumpers on and a spare blanket we found in the wardrobe !

"Nice facilities and very well kept."

Lovely hotel, loved the location as a night bus runs right outside the hotel into the centre of London. Room very clean and comfy and swimming pool also a good extra. Beware that parking costs £20, we were told on the phone a few days before we went that it was £10 but that wasn`t the case, they do waive the car parking if you have something from the restaurant but given that we were off out to a show and dinner that was no good for us. Also when reading the info in the room it mentions that if you want a sauna to ask reception so as to get the temp right but when asking was met with a very confused person saying they don`t have a sauna! Don`t include it in your room info then! Was made to feel a bit stupid! However I would stay in the hotel again and was a great bargain for a fab break in London!

"Great stay with excellent staff and Facilities"

I would like to see a clock in the rooms preferably digital. The room we stayed in was very clean and quiet. However at night time with the lights out the room was pitch black......Great for sleeping but hard to navigate around without switching lights on, a small night lite in a plug socket would have been great!!, other than that we were very pleased with the overall quality of the Rooms and Hotel facilities.

"Clean, modern and extremally friendly hotel"

Rooms are lovely with plenty of room and are very clean. Hotel has good underground parking and the restarant was very good. Location wise was perfect for us as a family as we got the bus to Kilburn then the tube from there into the West End. Very very easy. Hotel also has a swimming pool that looked amazing unfortunatly we did get a chance to use it. Save it for next time. Would recommed it especially for familys or couples.

"Terrific Hotel"

Good size room excellent bathroom all clean and spotless. Food superb and good value. Bar prices as in a pub so that is unusual for a London hotel. Would recommend this hotel but be sure of its location in relation to what you want to do.

"Lovely hotel but a bit of a disaster on arrival"

When we arrived the computers weren`t working so we couldn`t check in, resulting in us hanging around for an hour and a half. Then when we were finally able to check in we were sent to the wrong room, we had booked a triple and were sent to a double. Then once we had resolved that problem we were sat in the room, luckily enough my friend was in the bathroom getting dressed and a man walked in, he had obviously been given the wrong room and shockingly a key to get into our room. This was a bit concerning as if we weren`t in the room any of our belongings could have been stolen. The hotel itself was lovely. However there was no sincere apology for all of problems above

The only drawback there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, I liked the fact that there was parking at the hotel.

"Very good"

Staff very nice, room very clean and enough room for two adults and a child. The swimming was good if a little cool, shame the sauna was no longer in use. Will book again :)

Overall very good holiday, worth the money spent- had the pool to ourselves for the few times I used it. Full irish breakfast included with very good service. Enjoyed the stay here, felt like I was miles away when only across london!

The hotel was lovely. My only complaint would be that it was noisy at night because of the noise on the street outside & the area it is in is nowhere near in the same class as the hotel itself. Transport good & plenty of shops & bars nearby.

"Beautiful hotel"

Great hotel with friendly staff, lovely breakfast. gGood easy access location to central london.Buses are right outside hotel go to tube just down the road and also to central London very regulary. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Brilliant stay"

Friendly staff, nice room, parking on site free if you dine in resaurant - lovely food. Hotel close to train station and tube station. Easy to drive to - just off M1

"WOW!"

The hotel, well this was as good as the show, we arrived checked in and was in the pool relaxing within 15 mins....the staff were very helpful with any questions we had, and for the cost the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is within 5 miles of the city centre, i would advise the tube from Kilburn over a taxi.

Breakfast served to us in our room very good and had not gone cold. A short walk to Kilburn underground station and access to the centre of London. Nice pub attached to hotel.

Great stay, room fantastic , facilities great , breakfast delicious , and staff very friendly and efficient . Great that there is a bus stop outside hotel that cantle you to tube or direct to centre . Would almost certainly stay here again

"Crown Moran Hotel (London)"

Very nice hotel only 5 mins away via the overground rail service (connecting via underground) lovely room although the view wasn`t amazing but its in a built up area so not a huge surprise. Breakfast was fabulous and had a good nights rest. Free wifi a huge bonus and would stay again. I recommend this if you are accustomed to travelling within london via public transport otherwise it might be a little to far away from central london if you aren`t used to underground or bus routes although TFL is a fabulous tool if internet is at hand.

"Very Nice Junior Suite"

Good room, a/c a little hot, not the best of areas but ok for a couple of nights. Given a suite but not sure if I paid for less and was upgraded due to being full, or if thats the standard of the rooms. Great value with late deal from HotelDirect.co.uk

"one of the better hotels in London"

Thanks we all enjoyed are stay.As there were three of us the facilities and beds were A1Shame no biscuits with tea/coffee but that was just small thingTV could do with a few more channels, but reception was excellentAgain small thing, no sauces with breakfast availableIf I had to rate your hotel out of 10, I would give it 7.5, as I have stayed in manyhotels in London area, as we go to most theatre musicals & shows

"Hotel car park is an additional £20 per night and you cannot pre-book"

Good base for travelling into London. 15 mins on tube. Room was very clean and comfortable as was hotel. The Crown is a lovely building with lots of character. Check in staff could have been a little more helpful and friendly on arrival....they were OK but no more.

"Enjoyed our stay very much"

My daughter and I stayed at Crown Moran in Cricklewood. We found the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou
