Getting there:
BY TUBE: Pimlico station (Victoria Line): Exit the station, turn right and walk down Vauxhall Bridge Road. Cross over the road and walk approx 50 yrds. Turn left into John Islip St, the hotel is approx 500 yrds on the right. (Approx 6 min walk from tube station).
BY ROAD: M4/A4 turns into Cromwell Rd, follow this road into Brompton Road, then into Knightsbridge, turn right into Grosvenor Place. At the junction go straight across into Victoria Street. Take the 2nd right into Vauxhall Bridge Rd, then 12th on Left (just before Vauxhall Bridge) into John Islip St. The hotel is approx 200 yrds on the right.

We have stayed at the Westminster Double Tree on a number of occasions using your services. The breakfast was well below the usual standard, The tea was not as hot as it should have been and the food was also not hot enough. Being served onto a cold plate did not help.

Just a few minor points, although stay was very comfortable. Skirting board corner had a piece missing which could have scratched skin if rubbed up against. Also, tea at breakfast wasn`t fresh and was lukewarm, they keep the filled teapots in a cupboard on a hot plate! My only criticisms!
