Close to the waterfront and just a 10-minute walk from Dundee Railway Station, the 3* Holiday Inn Express is within easy reach of the city`s places of interest, shops, restaurants and bars. The museum dedicated to the Antarctic Expedition by Scott and Shackleton at Discovery Point and the ship RRS Discovery, is less than 10 minutes walk. Those attending a performance or event at the Caird Hall will also find the hotel a convenient 5 minutes away on foot. The University of Dundee is also 15 minutes from the hotel.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Dundee Railway Station exit onto Riverside Drive and turn left towards S Marketgait and then right onto S Marketgait. After 0.1 miles turn left onto Castle Street and continue onto Exchange St. Turn right onto Commercial St and then left onto Commercial Ct and the hotel will be on the right.
BY CAR: Heading north-west on M90 exit at junction 8 and take the A91 exit to St Andres/Glenfarg. After 0.9 miles continue onto A91 and follow this route for the next 10.8 miles. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto A92 and continue for the 11.2 miles. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A92. After 1.3 miles at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A92. After a further 1.3 miles at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Tay Road Bridge/A92. After 1.5 miles keep right to continue on A92 for 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Gellatly St and the hotel will be on the left.
