The Park Plaza County Hall is sumptuous purpose built four-star deluxe hotel.  Conveniently situated overlooking the London Eye and Big Ben, next to the river Thames, guests are within close proximity to many of London`s most famous historical landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the London Aquarium. Getting there:BY TRAIN:  Exit Waterloo station on York Street, turn left on to Addington street where you will find the hotel.

"Almost was a perfect stay "
Unfortunately we found a dirty sock in our room, so the cleaners hadn`t been thorough. Breakfast ok. Eggs Benedict was not good at all and had to wait a while too.  Did mention this at desk,  didn`t ruin our stay.

"Lovely short break "
Great location for our family short break, nice hotel staff very attentive nice and clean, breakfast was brilliant and staff all worked very hard to make us feel welcome. Facility to leave bags in secure hold was also great, made life so much easier  xx

The only downside was that the window in the room overloooked the inside of the hotel so no outside view, but otherwise was fine.

"Lovely room"
We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade and had a lovely large room.  Breakfast gets very busy, so if you don`t want to queue, go early.

I did not like the fact there was a sliding glass door into the toilet which gave no privacy at all

the room had not been cleaned by 5pm and we had to ask for the housekeeping to come up

the staff were very pleasant

the breakfast was good with plenty of choice
