Getting there:BY TUBE: Nearest underground station - Green Park (Piccadilly, Victoria & Jubilee lines. During Daytime up to 10.30pm - Exit station and cross Piccadilly to Green Park. Take Queen`s Walk through park and you will see back entrance to hotel on the left. Alternatively, or at night, walk along Piccadilly and turn right onto St James`s Street. Turn Right onto Park Place and you will find the hotel at numbers 16-18.
 From Heathrow Airport - London Underground Heathrow Airport take Piccadilly Line to Green Park and follow directions above.
BY RAIL: The Gatwick Express Gatwick Airport to London Victoria Rail Station. Underground Victoria Line to Green Park and follow directions above.
BY ROAD : From M25/M4 - Follow M4 to Great West Road/A4. Turn right onto Knightsbridge A4. Turn right onto Duke of Wellington Place, then slight left onto Constitution Hill. Turn left onto The Mall, and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Cockspur St/A4. Continue on A4 and keep left at the fork. Turn right onto St James`s Street/A4. Turn left into Park Place and you will find the hotel at number 16-18.

The hotel was beautiful and in a lovely quiet road, on arrival offered a complimentary tea but never arrived and after seeing the show went to the hotel bar and had to wait 20 minutes to be served. Nice but expensive for what you get. Go to another hotel next time.

"Great staff attitude, great location and a great place to stay"
My wife and I spent 5 nights at this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay. Here was all the elegance of a top class hotel with the stuffiness you often find in similar hotels in London. The staff all seem to be a very happy team and this comes across in their dealings with guests. It was a real pleasure staying here.

"Anniversary London trip"
First time at this hotel and there were some good and bad points. When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded to the Red Rum room, which was very comfortable. Never been in a hotel that doesnt give complimentary tea/coffee in room so a negative for us. Alot of noise from slamming of the room stable doors during the night! But the staff and breakfast was lovely.

"Prestigious, comfortable stay in great location - nice for a special occasion "
Worth it`s 5 star status - room was not very large but cosy, comfortable and well decorated with nice touches such as dressing gown & slippers. Everywhere was decorated with character. The only thing we didn`t like was that whilst all the staff seemed very professional we came across some who seemed cold, no smiles or taking part in conversation,  However to balance that others were much more friendly, especially at breakfast which made the stay more relaxing. There was a slight humming noise at night and we couldn`t find out how to stop it, so it`s worth asking the hotel if you find that too, but the bed was comfortable and overall a very quiet night. The hotel is very convenient as it`s within walking distance to everything but in a quiet area. The American bar is worth a visit. Glad I chose this for a special occasion as it is has character and felt special.

"A very Comfortable ,Charming,and First Class Hotel in a quiet part of Centra London. Perfect luxury."
one Problem , seating and serving of Breakfast was NOT well organised , needs a bit of Managing.

"A Gem of a Hotel"
What a lovely hotel tucked away in the centre of Mayfair, so quite and intimate. The staff were so helpful and attentive and gave first class customer service. We shall certainly be back.

"Good, convenient, quiet location."
Small room, although everything was there.  Heating/air con wasn`t working in the room.  On one breakfast occasion service was extremely slow.   However those were the only negatives (although there shouldn`t have been any for the price/standard); otherwise an agreeable stay.
