"What a stay "
The rooms was a great and got a free upgrade staff go the extra mile for u amazing hotel and the polo bar well worth the visit.
Lovely room and friendly staff
"Central hotel with five star luxury"
Can`t fault this hotel friendly and attentive staff excellent room a really enjoyable stay
"Style over substance "
Very disappointing. Despite the gloss of top-hatted doormen and golden lifts once we scraped the surface the cracks appeared. This is a hotel which focuses on profit and showiness over basic customer service and a genuine user-experience. Such a shame.
"HAD A WONDERFUL BREAK, ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY POLITE"
Fantastic hotel but needs to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room, really should be available in a 5* establishment.
"Acceptable but not as plush as expected."
Excessively overpriced in the Polo bar for drinks and food. £16 for a vodka and tonic, £18 for a club sandwich and £5.50 for a portion of French fries is totally excessive.
"Lovely elegent welcoming. Friendly staff. "
"Room not as pictured on your website"
The staff were lovely they moved us to a bigger room as husband is disabled and they did not get the special request that I sent you, the rooms were ok but looked nothing like what was advertised so slightly disappointed
