Enjoyed our stay at the trinity city hotel. Well located for sightseeing in Dublin. Great service from staff. Found them all to be very polite and helpful. First time booking with hotel direct. Good service and very helpful when I had to contact them due to a mistake in email address, which was sorted out promptly. Thanks Sami.

"central, pleasant and clean"
Nice hotel, lovely staff and despite the fact you have a police and fire station nearby, it was lovely and quiet. So central, I was going to stay in Temple Bar with friends but this hotel was far superior to theirs and cheaper. I would go back.

"Fantastic Service"
Staff could not be more helpful, especially Phillip the Concierge. Food was good, accommodation first class and very clean. Only problem I could comment on is the lifts did not work very well but that was not the fault of the hotel, as they were awaiting engineer. Would highly recommend to anyone.

"Fantastic hotel, excellent location for exploring on foot"
Our first visit to Dublin; we loved the city, the locals, the Guiness and especially this quirky hotel. It`s central location means you can walk everywhere and it`s easy access, 5 mins walk, from the skylink 747 bus (stop 9) from the airport. To describe the hotel : eclectic interior design - Imagine Rocky Horror Show meets National Trust - giant purple satin chairs and camels watching you dine (yes really!). Normality returns with calm, efficient staff in every department. A request to move bedroom was expedited with a smile from Claire on reception. The breakfast manager ran a tight ship with smiling staff coping with a mass influx. The buffet breakfast was the BEST ever, fresh and delicious - 5*+. Our room on the fourth floor afforded great views over the city and was blissfully quiet with the most comfortable mattress, We will come back and stay here again and would give it a 5* rating, due mainly to the delightful staff who make it such a special place to stay.
