I called Hoteldirect and spoke to Chris who in fact had dealt with my colleague who had arranged this voucher. He was able to tend to my requirements and chose the Hotel for me. He even went that extra mile to ask the hotel to leave a bottle of Champagne in the room with a gift card to help to celebrate my retirement. I would certainly use Hoteldirect again
