"This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I will never go again"
The rooms are very shabby the room was full of bugs,crawling over me in bed I told the staff that they needed to spray the room. This request fell on deaf ears the walls were very dirty and paintwork flaking off the counter pain was dirty full of stains. I was presented with a bill for the mini bar I told her I had not had anything from the mini bar eventually she agreed I did not owe the money. All in all a crap time was had by all

Good place for a short stay, where you are not far from the airport and also just a short cab ride from Las Ramblas. Shuttle bus service to and from the airport included and a bus service taking you into the centr of town twice daily. Staff are polite friendly and helpful and most speak English.

Very nice, clean modern hotel, breakfast was twelve euros each,we enjoyed it,there was a choice of a full breakfast with sauage, bacon, scrambled egg.... Or fresh fruit and yoghurts, cereal, dry cured meats, pastries.... You could have as much as you wanted. Free use of spa and gym which we took advantage of. Ten minutes walk from metro station so it was easy to get into the city centre and beach. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

"Ideal place for a short visit"
Firstly I would like to state that the staff were friendly and happy to answer any of my queries. The free shuttle bus transfers between the hotel and the airport is a god send and really appreciated the fact that they were on hand 24 hours a day. The rooms were extremely clean and the area is quiet. Due to lack of greenery its suitable for a short stay. Another issue I had were the prices of the alcohol and food there, I would recommend the local shopping centre down the road which has a variety of food at reasonable rates. The spa was a bit small and there is no swimming pool which is what the hotel is missing. I would only recommend it as an ideal short stay hotel. You can get bored quite easily.

"Where is it?????"
The confusing address we received was not recognised on the GPS system we ended up going to the airport to ask the Avis staff who we rented the GPS off to help they then put in the area near were the hotel was.We followed this w couldn`t find the hotel anywhere after driving around for 40 mins we gave up and I payed ?90 to stay in the nearest hotel because it was now half past midnight!Total nightmare.

"Excellent hotel, secure, super clean, efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended."
Tea making facility would be helpful. Fridge very useful. Free soft drinks much appreciated. Free shuttle service is absolutely super. Risk assessment necessary regarding spa area as the floor surfaces are extremely slippery and dangerous! My wife had a bad fall here and sustained injuries which fortunately did not require hospital treatment.
