"Chaep and had all the basic`s required for a good stay."
Try the bar downstairs all the sports was on and Carling only £2 a pint. You won`t find better value than that in London.

"needs revamping"
Hotel was tidy and clean but bedrooms are in desperate need of redecoration. Signs for facilities in the hotel were poorly sign posted, so we missed out on the sports bar, which we discovered the following morning when we went down for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One nights stay was enough for this hotel and we wouldn`t return to it.

"Continental breakfast O.K but no brown bread"
The sun shone into our room each morning. Great! ( Room 311).Minor criticism. The central heating was on full blast night and day and the radiator could not be turned down. It was much too hot for comfort only made bearable by having the window wide open.

"Helpful staff. Excellent continental breakfast."
Should consider some kind of control on the radiator in room 105. Very warm room.Shower very good.

"It is competitively priced but the rooms are dated"
Service and breakfast were fine. no compliants. The room was functional and the shower was fine.Only comment is the decor & tired feeling. If you spent some money on a bit of decoration you could command a little more in rates

"Room very very small, room 405 very small "
Hotel clean and staff nice but the room was a box and a small box at that.

"Value for maoney"
The hotel is adequate. But we were put in room 516 and the heat at nightime was unbelievable but apart from that staff were very nice and a great continental breakfast

"No Accident Book for guests who injure themselves in Hotel."
I banged my head on the overhanging TV, in room. 1inch cut to top of head, which required Hospital treatment. I informed the reception staff of the incident on the Sunday (15th November) they were not helpful, saying they had no accident book, and were cynical in their tone. I have lost one day of work through concussion. Because of Norfolk Towers unhelpful behavoiur I wish to take this further, to enable this incident not to happen again. The TV was on a bracket overhanging the corner of the room. No MIND your Head signs in the room.

"Cheap, clean, good location"
With Norfolk Towers you get what you pay for, we got a twin room for 4 nights for 400 euro (50 euro each a night) which is great for such a central location in London. The finishings are really old-fashioned, TV is from the 1980s and window is really old etc, but it gave the room a quirky charm. The main thing for me that was important was that the room was clean and the sheets were clean, and they were every day. Breakfast was fine, staff were helpful. It was roasting hot in the room even though we had no heating on so if you`re looking for a warm room in winter it`s great, I`d say it would be way too hot during the summer though!! We just left the window open all the time and it was fine. Definitely a good choice if you`re looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful.

"Friendly helpfull convenient hotel, rather small rooms and bathroom but good value"
Recommended by a friend this hotel is very convenient for central london if you are coming into Paddington Station 5 mins walk away. Bedroom very small and bathroom tiny. My husband banged his head twice on tv bracket on wall . Tv and Radio did not work. We were out all day and found it areasonable hotel to come back to at night. Good local shop open till midnight for water and snacks , adequate breakfast, Good value for money if booked via internet get good discounts.

"Not up to 4star standard"
Good location - close to Paddington station - clean, pleasant staff but taps in bathroom very stiff, had to call someone to turn the bath one off - it did say shower but the one that said bath on it was the shower and vice versa. Also only TV controls were on the TV - no remote. Nice breakfast, got as a deal so was ok for what we paid but would not rush back.

"Excellent situation for people coming into Paddington Station"
We arrived early and the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything we required. Continental breakfast was very nice. Perfect situation for Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, the West End, Victoria and the Sights of London. The bus stops to these places are very very close to the hotel. We will go there again.

"Great Location"
Great Location. Staff were excellent any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Downstairs bar was actually a public bar in its own right. Not a place to eat for a family. Too many workers calling in.

"Don`t accept the first room offered"
Ask to see room and if too many things damaged or not working ask for another room, inspect that and if ok then tell reception to note any damage before you move into the room.

we expected a basic standard of room and we got just that.... the hotel was very hot.... and the customer service was very poor... the staff are rude and unfriendly....

"Great for a place to sleep"
The hotel was very easy to find from padinington station, the hotel was very clean, unfortunatly the bar was not open on a saturday but not a problem, staff were friendly when approached and breakfast was ok for the price. The room was small because the bed was HUGE! only downside was the window would not stay open in the room and the toliet took some fiddling about to flush.

"Norfolk Towers"
No parking facilities - had to park on an NCP which cost £31.00. Location was good close to Edgware Underground. Room was a bit old fashioned but clean. Breakfast was good.

"Norfolk Towers"
Service was good and they allowed us to keep our bags there after check out which was really helpful. However the room we were in looked tired. The decor and furniture was old. Beds comfortable and room had a fan to help with heat regulation but the room was basic - we got what we paid for.

"All staff very pleasant epecially on the desk."
Basic, clean rooms. Corridors clean but smelt strong of cigarette smoke although non smoking signs displayed. No air-conditioning.

"A perfectly adequate hotel"
I arrived with some trepidation having read some rather poor reviews. I was therefore pleasantly surprised by the pleasant temperature in my room (2nd floor), the fresh and plentiful food for breakfast (continental), the pleasant staff and the lift that worked on every occasion. Do not be put off by the poor reviews!

"great staff, avoid Room 111, the smallest smelly bathroom in the world, a door that only 1/2 opens"
Guest rating:      14/8/2009
"pubic hairs in the bath!!!!, the smallest room in the world and uneven tiles in the bathroom"
The norfolk towers did not live up to my expectations, the room was the smallest in the world and on arrival there was a pubic hair in the bath. the bathroom had no ventilation so the door needed to be kept open or you couldnt breath whilst showering. The staff were not the most friendly although the reception staff warmed as the week went on. I booked room and breakfast for 4 nights, I had breakfast on the first morning and never went back, opting to pay again for breakfast in a nearby cafe. Unfriendly disorganised breakfast is the last thing you want when on holiday. Sorry wont be staying here again!!!

"Good for overnight stay in London"
Breakfast included continental breakfast but there seemed to lots of full english around and I assume you trusted me! A bit of a log jam for breakfast with people waiting for tables.
