"Comfortable"

Room very comfortable the only criticism would be the very large crack in the bathroom basin, a little off putting as I`m sure it isn`t very hygienic. Staff very pleasant and a lovely choice of food at breakfast. Would recommend.

The hotel is well placed for getting around London The room was average shower was far too hot and hard to control the room was also very hot and uncomfortable with very little storage space breakfast was excellent with a decent choice

"Above and beyond"

I cannot put into words how impressed I am with how the staff have gone above and beyond. I put in a request as it was a special trip for my boyfriend who is the biggest fan of Chelsea, so to be at this hotel (that is within the grounds) was a dream alone. To then see a signed postcard from the team addressed to Anton and complimentary drinks and snacks has been above my expectations. I cannot thank you all enough as we are extremely grateful for this consideration. The hotel was perfect and clean, and all staff were friendly and welcoming. I would always recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again.

Brilliant location for transport access. Great room, food was amazing, staff were very polite and helpful. Will definitely revisit

"Lovely hotel"

Didn`t know I had to pay an additional £50 which I was told would be refunded but still waiting. Room was nice. Air conditioning wasn`t very cold. Flush was hard to pull but the staff were lovely. Food was brilliant

"Acceptable not great "

Good location, the room was ok, 3 of us so a little tight for space, the room looked tired, poor shower and tap flow, tea etc not topped up daily. Breakfast was fine but if you went at 9am you need to queue for a while because restaurant too small. Service charade added to bar which is standard but frustrating. All in all for London prices this was definitely a good base and decent price. Would use again

Very good value Visited London several times now Best hotel yet.Please could you find out mattress of bed Stayed in room 623 Copthorne Such a comfortable nights sleep Would love to purchase one if possible

"Fantastic Stay"

Came for the weekend with my husband and we absolutely loved this hotelEasy check in . Staff were really friendly and helpful.Our room was in the Millennium hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was amazing and we had a meal in the bar on the evening which was good aswell. 5 minutes from Fulham Broadway underground. Great location.We will definitely be returning and I would rate this hotel as 5 star.

Simple rooms, clean just a bit dated. Food was lovely for breakfast and staff lovely. Perfect location, short walk to the tube and 10 mins to the Apollo.

I stayed just for the one night at the Millenium & Copthorne, my room was in the unmanned Millennium building which is across the road from the Copthorne.It is still secure, as to operate the lifts you need your room card, so it wasn`t a problem. My room was quite large, with a decent TV and mini fridge with a good sized bathroom. The room was slightly dated but it was clean enough. The restaurant for breakfast is in the Copthorne building, just along from the main reception. The buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant was clean and modern and the staff friendly. On the ground floor beneath the restaurant is Frankie`s sports bar which is very smart with lots of sport on the tv`s and serves a good pint of Camden pale ale for £6.75.

Booking was not followed up and had to ask for bed to be separated, soon done.Sink in room cracked.Dusty window sills in bar area.Apart from this very pleasant stay and would use again.

Easy to get to from Fulham Broadway. The staff throughout our stay were lovely and welcoming. The hotel upgraded us and gave us vouchers for free drinks as it was our anniversary, which was a nice touch. Thank you.

"Would never stay again"

Absolutely awful, no air conditioning, management/ staff very unhelpful and not interested in concerns raised. Reception desk constantly have guests complaining.I would never use again, plenty of other nice hotels in the area

"Rooms hot and airless"

Bedroom was incredibly hot - would have expected air con in a hotel like this which was disappointing. The shower had 2 temperatures like warm or boiling. Air con should be considered for a hotel if this calibre

loved staying at the hotel .was greeted with lovely staff . The room was spotless and a lovely size bed . We had a great breakfast and greeted by lovely staff . Look forward for a return visit . 128512;

"Not how we expected a 4 star hotel to be"

Good points:Excellent breakfast choice and all items were very good qualityVery large and comfortable bedGood powerful showerSome of the staff were very courteousBad points:Bathroom door had a hole in it and looked like it had been kicked in. (pic attached)Badly stained carpets, didn`t feel comfortable without footwear. (pic attached)Taps run at a trickle in the bathroomSome of the staff were disinterested and surlyNobody asked us if we were happy at any point during or at the end of our stay.When booking a 4* hotel you really expect a certain degree of quality and refinement and sadly we feel this was missing. Such was the attitude of the majority of reception staff that we didn`t feel comfortable raising these matters on site.

Toilet flushed poorly, bath tap to shower knob was extremely stiff to operate. Water disappeared from sink during washing
