Lovely room in a very nice hotel. The evening meal was excellent. The only negative thing I have to say is, new carpets needed in corridors leading to rooms, they were worn and looked dirty

"Friendly staff,good food and comfortable room"
We enjoyed our stay and whilst the hotel may need an upgrade we felt the cost of our stay overnight with dinner/breakfast represented excellent value.The staff and facilities were very good and we would be happy to return when next visiting the area.

Lovely hotel staff very friendly and helpful food is exceptional and only five minute drive from centre of Chester. I would certainly stay here again.

"Superb service, great food"
The hotel itself is a little jaded and could do with a makeover but this was more than made up for by the Superb staff, From booking initially to our departure the friendly staff couldn`t do enough for us even setting a table for us to have dinner in the bar area as we had our dog with us. The food was excellent and we will certainly be visiting again.

The hotel looked neautiful on arrival and the greeting from reception was friendly and efficient. The stay was slightly let down by the air of tiredness in the room decor - paper on the ceiling had gaps where paper has loosened and the toilet roll holder in the bathroom was loose from the wall. Just little things buts topped hotel being e xcellent. Food was ok
