"Ideally situated, close to railway station and other transport links"
Lovely old hotel with lots of visible articles relating to it`s history. Facilities were good and staff in every part of the hotel were helpful and friendly. On arrival we found a problem with the toilet in our room and when we reported it staff apologised and we were immediately moved to another room without any fuss. We will certainly stay at The Queen at Chester again.
