"Situated on a very busy street opposite Notting Hill Police Station, therefore very noisy sirens. "
There had been a problem with a guest whe we and other guests arrived and there was no-one in reception for a while. The reception needs personalising in some way as you could walk straight past it and when entering you could be in a taxi office or even a takeaway. The room was clean and comfortable though small. The breakfast was adequate although lack of ambiance in the breakfast room.

"clean room, staff helpful"
room was clean and staff helpful, breakfast is nice. if your room looks out on the main road, its noisey and we couldn`t get the air con working, so ask for a room on the back. Location is good.

We stayed for a two night break at the Comfort Inn Edgware Road. The hotel was comfortable, clean and very conveniently located for Edgware Road Tube station and Buses into central London and therefore made an ideal base for our London break. Staff were friendly. Only drawback was the lack of parking. Otherwise an excellent stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Plenty of choice for breakfast, all in all we had a very enjoyable sightseeing weekend aided by the comfortable and clean room.

"We were not accomadated at this hotel we were sent to the one at victoria."
The fact that we were not accomadated at the edgware road comfort inn meant that we coulc not do the shopping we had planned. The Victoria inn while the rooms were we had to put up with a constant noise like noise from a plant of some sort.

"Comfortable room, nice decor, but horribly noisy water pipe"
The room was nice and the bed spacious and comfortable. But I had a problem in room 101. The water pipe in the corner of the room spluttered, hammered, gurgled and chuntered all night. Without stopping. At 2am when I still hadn`t got to sleep, I decided I couldn`t go down and start trying to change my room, so I tried to tough it out, with a pillow round my ears. Still couldn`t get much sleep really. Not great, a small thing like that spoilt the whole thing. It`s all very well getting the decor right and making everything comfortable and ticking the boxes for inspections and cleanliness, and having `hotel of the year` certificates etc, but a small thing like this can really ruin your night`s sleep.

"Comfort Inn, Edgware Road, London"
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of a show package. Our room was very clean and comfortable if a little on the small side. The shower was very good and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a self-service continental style with plenty of choice and quantity. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This is our second time staying in the Comfort Inn, Edgeware Road and i would recommend it to anyone visiting London looking for a good hotel. Ths staff were friendly and helpful The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good with as much as you can eat which sets you up for a day sight seeing in the capital. It is very close to Edgeware Road tube station. We would definitely stay there again.

"Very good apart from a leak"
We were awoken at 1am to the noise of water. We got up and there was rain gushing in from the window even though it was shut tight. We did forget to mention on our departure though. Would highly recommend it. I will be going back there (only if the leak is fixed though)!!!:)

"good clean room"
the room was too hot, during the night evem with the heating off, but the air conditioning was too noisy to have. The ability to leave our luggage at the hotel when we checked out was a great help so that we could continue our visit without having to carry bags with us, Reception staff were friendly although breakfast staff did not speak at all.Overall a reasonable stay for the price paid,.

Basic Hotel but clean. Lacked hanging space for more than one night. Do not get and Edgeware Road room (Front of Hotel) as the emergency services provide an alarm service thoughout the night. Staff very friendly and helpful. This B&B was excellent value and within 5 mins of the tube to all parts of London.

"comfort inn edgeware road."
it is in a horrible place, way to hard to find ,the staff would not know a smile if it hit them in the face and it is no way a 4 star hotel.

I wasnt expecting this hotel to be as good as it is - room had everything necessary (shampoo, hairdryer, socket for charging phone, plenty of coffee), really comfy bed and was spotlessly clean - very close to bus stop and plenty of little shops in Edgware Road. Very impressed for the price.

"Very basic accomodation but clean."
A little difficult to find on Edgware Road, frontage is rather obscure. Lift had no lighting and is quite small. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Dinning room hasn`t many tables and it was not always easy to get a table for breakfast. The breakfast menu is basic but adequate if you like cereal and toast to begin the day with.

"Great breakfast with no rush to enjoy it, very clean and helpful staff."
We found the rooms a little bit warm for our taste but that is not a negative comment, I am a bit of a fresh air freak, and to put the air con on was too noisy. A very enjoyable one night stay, the lift was good as one of our guest has had a hip replacement and is over eighty. It was good also to be able to leave our bags in a secure place before we headed home

I was pleased with the room, it was tidy and we got all the freeview channels. Not to happy about the breakfast arrangments. Breakfast was from 7.30 till 10.30, but there was nothing left at 9.30! I dont believe it was worth the money.

"The Walk"
The walk from the tube station takes you through an area that is crawling with creeps that like to whistle at your wife and make inappropriate satatments. If you can put up with that then the hotel was clean, but really small and noisy.

"spend a few more pounds and get a decent hotel"
If you are lucky you will miss the entrance to the Comfort Inn on Edgware road. There is a small entrance between a chip shop and a taxi office. reception staff were very unfriendly, and i mean downright cold. room was clean but small, really small. there is no bar, no place to chill out and relax, the breakfast was reasonable ,staff at breakfsst were nice. but really this is not somewhere i would reccomend and how it gets 3 stars i do not know. for the same money you can get a hotel in St Johns Wood, this was really a grotty little hole of a hotel. and i am not fussy when it comes to hotels but this was probably the worst ever.

"locality . front view . taxi drivers unaware of locality"
We were not enhamered with the siting of the hotel , the area non too residential , shabby appearance , placed in between a number of low class shops . We were not completely happy of this our first such trip to our capital city .The internet advert of this hotel gives one the hopes which are not rally fulfilled.
