This is the second time I`ve used HotelDirect. A diamond service that I cannot fault. From the beginning, everything was so easy and straight forward. I was kept up to date on all aspects. All tickets and info came to us as and when promised. The service took away any worries I had about visiting London. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended them to several friends.
Great value for money
The show we went to see was as brilliant. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Comfortable beds, very clean bathroom and decor was fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Great value for money. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Using Hotel Direct
Not being a person who is savvy with computers, I found Hotel Direct very easy to use. I first chose the show I wanted to see. Then I chose the hotel and finally the train tickets. Everything is so simple, all I had to then was to print the paperwork and train tickets.

This is the second time I`ve used hotel direct and will definitely use this service again. Made booking a hotel, a show and even train tickets so much easier and at a better price too rather than doing them individually. Had absolutely amazing seats for The lion king as you pick where you want to sit , also do many hotels to choose from so suits everyone`s budget and location.Even picked train times and also had reserved seats (definitely a bonus).Great service hotel accommodation, show and train tickets and itinerary sent straight away to your email. Thoroughly excellent experience. Very easy to book and communication great from hotel direct. They even emailed me the day before the stay to confirm they had contacted the hotel and confirmed all of our bookings. Excellent service. I would highly recommend. I booked this trip for my mom`s 60th birthday and it all went smoothly. I will certainly be booking again!
