"You get what you pay for 1"
A rather tired hotel needing a very large dose tlc. This 3 star hotel is desperate for tlc , although the rate charged per night appears cheap the rooms need a re- decoration and a good thorough deep clean . The bathroom in our room was below expectation , not very clean ( we had to wipe lipstick smears of the tiles) main shower did not work ! although there is a hand held contraption attatched to the bath taps that will give a trickle shower. Breakfast room ok , attentive staff and coffee and toast arrived without delay. Good location , 10 mins from earls court tube station

"Hotel is very well placed with easy access to all local amenities and public transport."
The hotel is basic and reflects the price. Our room had light bulbs missing, the mini fridge was on its last legs with a loud motor running noise constant. There is no bar or alcohol due to the nature of the hotel. Food was halal etc which was a fact we never realised when booking. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could park the car for an additional fee. Overall the hotel was good for our short stay.

"Lovely quiet location, 5 min from tube, clean warm rooms."
This hotel is set back from the main streets so makes a lovely quiet retreat. Tube is only 5 min walk so ideal for getting around London. We had a view of car park and bins, this area did need a bit of a tidy but nothing major. Ideally we would off liked a full English breakfast to set us up for the day but we managed well on scrambled eggs on toast would go again.
