"The room not worth the money"
A great location for all the sites and theatre locations. BUT room 620 was far from superior the fan blower for the aircon / heater was very noisy could not sleep with it on. Curtains are decorative not effective at keeping daylight out no blackout blinds so a lie in on a Sunday morning was not possible. The grouting around the tiles in the bath / shower in some parts were missing and had a sharpe edge which I found by cutting my elbow. Overall the size of the room was on the small side and having paid for a superior room I was very disappointed and not value for money. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions about the area and how to get there.

"One of the Best in London"
We have been to this hotel before and I wanted to book this again, as it was so good the first time. Nothing was too much trouble, on arrival we had two glasses of Prosecco and a bottle of wine was being chilled in the bedroom on arrival for my Fiancée`s Birthday!! Room was amazing, shower and bath lovely !! We would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and its quality of accommodation!! Thanks to all the staff at the hotel who made us feel so welcome??we will definitely be back !!

"Nice location. Room dated"
Great location in the hub of the west end. Room was a bit grubby and the bed was the hardest smallest hotel double bed that I have used. Wouldn`t book again I`m afraid

"Very friendly and accommodating staff"
Hotel was very nice and clean and covid confident, my only complaint was the bar service closed at 10pm so when we came back after the show we could not get a drink etc.
